My son frequents PaPaws after school for their piggy fries, which he loves, and wanted me to try this place out. I was pleasantly surprised! I had the BBQ pork sandwich and thoroughly enjoyed it!! The smoked flavor of the pork was delicious!! The owners are nice as well. I’m happy to support this small business and will return!

Really enjoyed this small BBQ joint and it’s warm “mom and pop” aesthetic. The food is great and the place was packed out with eager patrons excited for their locally cooked lunch. As far as I could tell there was at most 2 people cooking while a woman took orders, and there was about 15-20 people in to order, so hats off to them for putting in real work to make this little gem work.

great food and portions. if you don’t know this place is extremely small with maybe 4 tables on the inside. this is more of a get it and go kind of place. the piggy fries were amazing and so are their sauces. my wife really enjoyed the piggy fries. she ordered a small order and it was enough to fill her up and have leftovers. great place with great food and friendly staff.

The bbq is delicious. I really appreciate the fact that they use normal sized hamburger buns for their sandwiches. A lot of places use smaller ones so you don’t get as much meat but paw paws is great. If you’re in a rush you might want to pick somewhere else as it’s a 2 person staff so it can take awhile when there’s a line. Usually it shouldn’t take more than 5-10 minutes to get food.

Wow!!! One of the best bbq places I’ve ever eaten at. You have to try the loaded piggy fries. Reasonable prices with good portions. Get there early. They’re open till they run out

Best BBQ around! Hot off the grill! Small but cozy place to eat. Great service, very friendly staff. Meat is smoked fresh daily. Was juicy and tender, just the right amount of smoke too. Delicious.

Food was delicious but the service is very SLOW. Allocate some time because you are going to be waiting for sometime. Also, if there busy, they might be out of something. Sweet Tea, Beans and Sausage was out by the time it was time to order. The food definitely made up for it.

We finally got around to trying Papaws. I just wish we’d come sooner. We got a brisket sandwich, a rib sandwich & an entire order of piggy fries. There had to be nearly a pound of brisket and a third of a slab of spareribs! The sauces are ridiculously good too. The piggie fries are unbelievable. We’re looking forward to next time!

If you Love REAL smoked ribs, brisket, pork, etc…This Pllace is amazing! Only open Weds-Sat. But well worth waiting a day sometimes.
They are a small operation with anazing food, you can smell it coming up the road..MMMM good!
The owners run everything and do a fantastic job. Very friendly people, large portions and prices are great!

Best BBQ in town! Highly recommend the brisket sandwich . Just sitting in there will make your mouth water from the smokey aroma in the air. We will definitely be coming back for more
