Do you want a clean bathroom? Well stocked fridge for beverages? Cheap fountain soda or slushy drinks in larger than necessary sizes? Need to stop in for some gas and tobacco items? QT is the answer for everything. I specifically go out of my way to make sure i only fuel up at qt, with their quality gas guarantee, you can’t go wrong. With the cheapest price in town and decent redbull discoumfs no wonder i only select QT when going to a gas station.

I had an outstanding experience at QuikTrip at 4 AM, thanks to Charles M. His exceptional service really stood out, and I highly recommend him for a managerial position. Despite the early hour, Charles greeted me with such warmth and professionalism, making my visit incredibly pleasant. He demonstrated amazing efficiency and attention to detail, ensuring everything was perfect. Charles is truly amazing at his job, and his dedication to excellent customer service is evident.

I saw an advertisement at the store that said if you buy an amino energy which is $2 plus tax drink you get a free roller item. So I grabbed 4 amino energy drinks and 4 roller items thinking that was a great deal which should be just over $8 with tax. When I got to the cashier I let her know about what I saw and she said “don’t worry about it, it will automatically ring up right.” She told me the amount of over $13 and I told her it was wrong and she told me I was wrong. I could not understand how I could have explained the advertised deal more clearly. There was a line building up and she sighed at me and skipped me to help someone else. This felt so rude and wrong. Not only did I feel like QT was cheating me out of my money the poor customer service was paired with it. She came back to me after helping someone and we discussed it more and it got more confusing for her. I ended up saying I would just take 2 drinks and 2 roller items if that was easier so it should have been just over $4 but when I got to my car I saw she charged me $8. When I went back in to get refunded she wanted to argue with me again about that is the correct price. It took 3 QT employees to figure this out and they eventually fixed it and refunded me with cash. I go to QT every day and I have never experienced such rudeness and an inability to solve a problem.

I love the steady implementation of new offerings and updates in their food options! The two brunettes, and the attitudes of all of the employees at this location! I ONLY use QT for gas in Oklahoma. And, this particular QT is one of my favorites. Sure, it’s at the most congested traffic location in Broken Arrow. But, it is still my go to!!! Strictly for the gas

Just about any QuikTrip location that you will visit would be clean inside and out. It is my preferred gas station and has been for years. I also get a 3 cent discount per gallon by using my Reasor’s card!
