This place was decent the first few times, now it’s actually saddening eating from here. Food preparation and handling is abysmal now. My burrito doesn’t even come in proper wrapping paper anymore. Just two pieces of aluminum foil thrown over the burrito. Whole wrap falls apart after the first bite, turning into a sloppy mess. Customer service and food quality is the only “decent” part about this place. The ingredients aren’t too bad, also a cheaper alternative to Chipotle, but doesn’t excuse how degraded the food preparation has become. I won’t be spending money here anymore, at least not for a burrito.

I feel queasy just writing this. I came here yesterday and I took a bite of my burrito bowl only to realize that the chicken was undercooked. I had to throw it out after that. One would think chicken was the safest option to pick because after all who messes up chicken? This used to be a good location about year ago or so ago, it’s been going downhill ever since.

I ordered for dinner today through Uber eats, specifically for the Chicken Quesadillas like I used to in the past, and I was very shocked and disappointed with what I received.
This has happened to me once before, but I assumed the problem would fix itself and since it’s months later , I figured why not order again from here?
For $20 wasted on the chicken quesadillas I am shocked about what I received. The food came back clunky , the quesadillas didn’t even have a form , and the insides were soggy and not even properly cooked. I will not be ordering from here again nor buying anything from here, and I suggest no one does either unless you want to end up sick. I have emailed the place, but i am too disappointed and disgusted to not leave a review.

I ordered through Uber Eats, and it only took a few bites of the food for me to immediately write this review, I noticed that this location recently opened up, I can gladly say that flavor and presentation wise it is a 10/10 . I ordered tortilla chips with the side of 3-cheese queso and let me tell you, the chips are literally so delicious and fresh, they’re not salty but have a hint of lime on them so they taste amazing and the bag of tortilla chips was big, the queso is so delicious as well with a small kick of spice. I also ordered the create your own bowl, and although I did have like two of my toppings missing, I’ll let it slide because it was still delicious and compared to chipotle, the portions and price for the bowl is WORTH IT!. I will definitely be ordering from this location again !!

Well, another bomb for the Fordham area. I just wasted 30 bucks for garbage. This food is disgusting. Food came cold. Order the loaded tortilla soup, kids taco kit and chicken burrito. The chicken are huge chuncks. I’ve never seen pieces like that in a burrito. Very off putting. The onions and peppers are also huge pieces and uneven. The taste is not the greatest and does not have the best flavor. Highly disappointed. The only thing good was the tortilla bowl itself. The inside seems like gloom and doom, not very welcoming. The service staff was nice. And please clean off the graffiti on the window! First and last time coming back to this place. Get the mexican truck across the street, much better!

Was my first time ordering from here. I ordered a chicken bowl which included guacamole. I was enjoying my food until I got to the guacamole. I’ve never had crunchy guacamole before so I spit it out to find the skin and the stud of the avocado in the guacamole. I was livid and if I wasn’t home I would have taken the food back. The food didn’t taste but I lost my appetite once I encountered avocado skin. That was my first and last time eating there.

The gentleman working the counter moved quickly and efficiently, while being friendly and listening to my order. I also love that he did not skimp on the portions (unlike chipotle where they are so cheap and I have to request they scoop a little more, and then they seem bothered) which is very helpful as I also ordered for my 2 growing sons (who eat a lot), and we all left full and satisfied. Unfortunately there are not many Qdoba locations in NYC, but this one definitely lives up to the standards and food I’ve eaten at other locations outside of the city and I will be returning.

They close the store HALF AN HOUR before closing time. The staff is RUDE. Qdoba gives you queso and guac for free this one charges for guac! Overall it’s a black eye to the franchise!

its very delicious and a way better deal then chipotle but vegetables can be cut a little better but thats just nit picking and the staff is very sweet and helpful too
