This was my first time visiting the restaurant. I first tried their food at an event where their food truck was present, and it was fresh and perfect. If you like Chipotle, I don’t see why you wouldn’t enjoy Diablos as well. The staff was patient and friendly—my daughter had never eaten there before and needed extra time to decide what she wanted, and they were kind enough to wait until she was ready. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will eat there again when in the area.

Probably the best Diablo’s in the CSRA. The food slapped, the staff were comfortably nice and communicated well. All the tables were very clean, as well as the counter. Also, the sweet tea was GOOD as hell and I’m picky about sweet tea.

Always love the food here. We prefer this location. One thing to take note of is the floor is always slippery. I have seen multiple people slip on the floor, including myself! I don’t know if it’s what they’re cleaning the floor with or what but something needs to be done about it, it’s extremely dangerous! Writing this review after just watching someone slip. This happens every single time I’m here!

Food was great. Staff…not so much. Arrived almost 2 hours before they closed. Brought my wife, as this is her favorite place. We weren’t asked if we wanted our food to go (we didn’t). Store was empty of customers. We were stared at and talked about by staff. Honestly felt very unwelcome. I don’t think I want to return here.

This location is just consistently bad. I usually come around 7pm. Typically out of at least one kind of rice or beans and often one of the proteins as well. One night they were out of both types of rice, black beans, and they only had the pork and tofu. And said they wouldn’t make any more rice because it was too late at night…at 7pm. Maybe half the staff is polite, the other half is laughably rude. I come back because it is close to my gym, and the polite staff will try to fix problems. Tonight took the cake. I get my order and the chips are greasy and soft. When I asked for new chips, one of the polite staff asked one of the guys to help her with the chips, and he laughed, said no, and walked in the back. She did make my new chips, and actually brought them to me and kept apologizing, but I just can’t with this location anymore.

I ordered a burrito with chicken, cilantro lime rice, diced tomatoes, lettuce, and fresh lime juice. I also had a quesadilla with chicken, jalapeños, and cheese with a cup of queso for my DoorDash order. What I received was totally different than what I ordered. My burrito had steak and not chicken on it, and it also had bell peppers in it, which I did not order because I don’t eat bell peppers. And the quesadilla was very sloppy. I didn’t even get my cup of queso! Just because you all are about to close for the evening does NOT mean that you can just do whatever to peoples orders or give them the incorrect items. I will not be eating here for a very long time after this!
