Boy, I wish I’d read the reviews. That was the smallest, skimpiest, biggest ripoff sandwich I’ve ever gotten. And you’d think with Jersey Mike’s being so busy that you can barely get in the door, and this place, having not a single other person but me, they might make you a decent sandwich. My last 30 sandwiches have come from Jersey Mike’s and I thought you know I miss Subway. Let’s give them a shot. What a rip off. I’ll never go back. You think the owners would be smarter and give you a good sandwich. Well, that’ll be another Permanently closed Subway sooner than later.

I don’t feel comfortable getting my subs here though I love Subway. I went in and one of the workers licked her finger then grab gloves. In general, it’s important for people to never forget what we went through the the Covid era. I see people licking their fingers to moisten them before touching money, plastic bags, etc. Cut it out. It’s gross and not necessary.

Placed an online order for a few people at work, order was canceled, co-worker went to location to ask about this where she was talked down to by the rude cashier, we had our online receipt so the order was made. when cashing out was told by the cashier “you need to leave the tip that was on the receipt” (tip did not get left due to poor service) upon bringing lunch back multiple things were wrong.

They recently reopened this location with a fresh re-do and new staff. Fast, friendly service and tasty sandwiches! Prices seem to be higher than before, though… but then that’s happening everywhere, right?

When I walked in this worker asked me how many sandwiches I would like which was automatically strange but I ignored it and I told her I would like a chicken bacon ranch not toasted with peppercorn ranch and tomatoes and this woman looks me in the eyes and says “would you like it toasted” as if I didn’t just tell her that 5 seconds ago but like before I just ignored it. Than she rudely tells me that all they have is pepper corn ranch by now I’m starting to get annoyed than this lady “puts in” my chicken and the reason put quotation marks above puts in Is because when I peaked over I looked at my sandwich and I saw NO chicken on it than I told her about the absence of chicken and she said “no it’s on there that’s why it’s a cbr (chicken bacon ranch)”when there was visibliy ZERO chicken on there and if you thought this experience was already bad it gets worse this lady puts RAW bacon on my sandwich which who would eat bacon raw I’m pretty sure that’s a health hazard but than when I tell her I would like my bacon cooked this lady had the audacity to say “I can’t cook it now it’s to late” and it STILL gets worse because if you remember earlier in my review I said I would like peppercorn ranch and this lady PUTS a TINY squirt of peppercorn ranch and puts a ton of mayo when I never mentioned it you might think ok this is just a language barrier but no she was speaking fluent English this is easily the worst subway service I have ever gotten.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering sandwiches online. My sandwich was covered in mayo and I did not ask for extra mayo.. I had to spoon the mayo off in order to eat it on my now soggy bread… disappointed ☹️

Cheese slices and chicken was small portioned. No cucumbers available . Cashier held on to the food with her dear life till the transcation was complete. Pretty much just snatched it back from my buddy who was here. Worse subway ever.

dude didn’t follow the procedure to make a sandwitch. I called him out and showed him how the sandwitch was going to explode/fall apart when I eat it. He didn’t care. wish I looked at the review first, didn’t think it was to hard to put the meat on once side and the veggies on the other.

I work for a medical office so ordering delivery is very convenient for my schedule. Multiple times part of my order has been left out of the bag and when you try calling to correct the issue the phone just rings and no one ever answers. The whole point of delivery is to not have to leave work to go pick up the order. Consistently disappointed with the inability of staff to correctly bag an order. Will not be ordering from here again.
