Absolutely unacceptable customer service. The employees of a certain shift were rude, dismissive, and demonstrated a clear lack of experience and professionalism. I repeatedly attempted to contact the store manager to report the incident, but the staff made it virtually impossible to do so. This level of service is disappointing and reflects poorly on the entire operation.

I just stopped by to use my $3 drink coupon & instead of them using the coupon they charged me full price. He used the remaining balance I had on my card and charged me $4.60. When I asked the cashier he said it was probably because of the oatmilk, blonde expresso, and extra pump of peppermint syrup. Which made no sense to me because when I made the same exact order on the app it showed my charge only being $3. I didn’t want to hold up the line in the drive thru so I tried to call the store and I kept getting a busy tone. I am definitely staying away from this Starbucks for good. This isn’t the first time I have an issue here.

I just move to nearby this place, so I don’t want to drive far to other places. They never never get my drink right. Even if I told them to make sure vanilla cold foam is not anything else, they still always get it wrong. It seems they don’t know how to make vanilla cold foam so they just put anything in the drink. I give up on this place. I just need to drive further down the road.

This place is depressing. They greet you like zombies. Don’t even make contact. Whoever is managing this store needs to a better job at prospecting talent or training them or both. And I don’t know what position Victor holds at this location, but i hope it’s nothing more than a Barista role. If he is your shift, i suggest reconsidering. His attitude is one of the worst in the business. And it wasn’t even Peak!!!! Shame. I’d never come back to this location. Please do yourself a favor and drive a little further to a different location. Your welcome

Especially a young man (Kevin) who always has a smile and is very pleasant. Even when I can’t make up my mind, he has never gotten annoyed. If anything, he makes suggestions, and thanks to his professionalism, I end up buying more than I originally went to buy.
Sadly, it’s getting rare to see young men and ladies with good work ethics.
Starbucks should be proud of the quality of young men and women in this establishment.
