This was hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I usually have good service here, which makes this even more unacceptable.
I went through the drive-thru late to pick up a pizza and sat there for several minutes with no one coming to the window. An employee walked right past the window and completely ignored us. I went inside and found multiple employees standing around staring at me without saying a word. No greeting, no acknowledgment, no attempt to help. I clearly asked, “Hello, can I get my pizza I ordered?” and was met with total silence.
One employee walked toward the front, mumbled something about an earbud, and continued ignoring me. When he finally decided to help, he avoided eye contact and acted like giving me my paid-for order was a chore. The behavior was bizarre, unprofessional, and uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, I called the following day to speak with a manager and was told the manager “wasn’t there” and they had no idea when the manager would be on duty. That is extremely hard to believe and shows a complete lack of accountability.
I do a lot of business here and pick up DoorDash orders from this location as well. This entire situation was highly uncalled for. The staff at this location clearly need reprimanding and serious customer service training. I will not be returning until this is addressed.

They should take deep dish pizzas off the menu or at least retrain employees at this location on how it should be done. I partly blame myself for ordering here when I could, actually should have gotten food elsewhere. This is the 2nd time I’ve gotten undercooked doughy pizza with too much cheese. It is completely inedible. The pizza would probably be cooked completely if it wasn’t smothered with so much cheese. The crazy bread we ordered was also undercooked and limp. The only edible item we ordered were the pizza cups, so I’ll give them that. But please stop with with deep dishes.

UPDATE 5/2/24. Bought 2 large pizzas from this location on South Lake Drive in Lexington. Opened the boxes up at home to find they were COLD DRIED OUT PEPPERONI & CHEESE ON TOP OF SPONGEY DRY CRUSTS SOAKED FULL OF OLD GREASE. Not talking about just the normal regular pizza grease that most pizzas have… These pizzas had old foul RANCID grease! Lousy & inedible. Drove 5 miles back to return both pizzas for a refund. Manager refused to refund and insisted he could only give 1 replacement pizza because two pieces were gone from the first one that we TRIED to eat! (As if we would actually want replacement pizza from the place!) So we got robbed! That manager THINKS he saved himself money..but he lost us as customers for good! We will NEVER buy from him again! AND he got a ton of bad advertising because we will tell everyone we know how they handle their customers! If you want good pizza, DON’T BUY it at this particular location. NOTE: Pictures don’t really show how foul this grease was…it tasted horrible!

I’ve had bad experiences before in the past with this place but decided to try it out again recently and it’s surprisingly has gotten better. Foods definitely fresher and DEFINITELY looks better. Must’ve gotten rid of the terrible people. Gotta say that it’s my go-to lunch place now!

For one their service was horrible people skills are not good at all, 2 tried to get a combo and they would not allow it, 3 I watched this man walk in nasty looking walk in rub his body up on what I’m assuming to be a girl he is seeing. All around the food and it was nasty. Horrible customer service!

I use this Little Caesars often and have never had a problem with customer service or quality. However, when I was picking up a pizza today I saw the individual at the register turn around and, without washing their hands, stick their bare hand in the metal container of pepperoni and then use that pepperoni on multiple pizzas. This was immediately after I watched them handle money and touch all over the register. Either the other employees didn’t notice or this is such a common occurrence that no one thought twice about it, but that blew my mind. I gave 2 stars because I’ve never had an issue before and everyone really is very nice, but this is an issue that definitely needs to be addressed.
