First, I love Waffle House. Today was probably the poorest meal I ever had there. Ordered Texas Bacon Cheesesteak Melt with extra onions. Hashbrowns with extra onions. What I got was a cold sandwich, the cheese wasn’t even melted and NO onions on sandwich or Hashbrowns.

I ordered a bacon bowl online and when I walked in to pick up my order I automatically gave the witness a tip, I then looked at my food and seen I had only one piece of bacon instead of three, I get this all the time so I know how they should look. I mentioned to the witness it looks like one piece of bacon and she ask do you want more bacon, I said yes. After they put more bacon on my bowl she charged me over $5, she never said she would be charging me again, I told her to use the tip I just gave her. I usually don’t go to this location and I won’t be back. I was so shocked about the bacon, on my way home I looked at it again and noticed the grits were lumpy, dry, and extremely cold, this was a waste of my time and money. I tried calling them because I had to work and of course nobody answered. I would not recommend this location they all need some customer service training and they need to know the menu.

Everybody knows Waffle House, and one of the nice things is that the setup is the same no matter where you go–except they are almost always cold. This WF is much more comfortable in that respect than they usually are. The food is right there up to Waffle House standards, but all I ever get is breakfast, no matter the time of day. I love Waffle House coffee. The staff here is way above average, though, and I actually enjoy interacting. On my last vist it was late afternoon, breaking my fast after a medical procedure in Atlanta, and my wife and I were the only guests. We were happy to hear the waitress (slow time of day, only one) and the cook talking about Jesus and His return. After a bit she apologized for us having to listen to them, and we were glad to join the discussion before we finished our food and left. There are dozens of Waffle Houses around here, but this is our favorite and the only one we choose to visit.

Her customer service was over and beyond her generosity, her attentiveness was 100% and above. I am truly grateful that we chose this Waffle house to share my lunch with my girlfriends. Coming into Waffle House witness a young lady by the name of Ashley walking her authenticity. We just came in to use the restroom and to get A cup of coffee, and her customer service, the way she interacted with the customers, and her employees was over and beyond. Sitting in there watching her work in her authenticity was truly a blessing

Walked in at 5:30 pm to a mop in the foyer that was still there when we left. Food order called in to cook after 20 minutes, drinks only took 15 minutes to get. Oh, there was one table with 3 people and 2 at the counter that came in after us. The fire extinguisher expired in 2024…

We came here to our regular waffle house and without failure Beth is still a rude server. I’m so disgusted by her behavior I can’t even eat. Everyone who got food enjoyed the cook on duty (Malcom).. They had t-bone, eggs, and waffles. In the event you see your server’s name is Beth.. Move to another section. We weren’t so lucky because she’s the only one here.
