Terrible. Ordered the Big New Yorker by phone and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Got there in about 20.
Crust was incredibly thin, dry and overcooked. Ate one slice in the parking lot and it was already cold. Ate 1/2, the rest going in the trash.

We ordered 4 pizzas and breadsticks. All of the pizzas were undercooked and ultimately, raw and inedible, and the Italian sausage smelled rancid. We blew 80 bucks on raw dough that would have made us all sick. It took over 35 minutes to get ahold of someone at the location, only to be told we’d get a credit, and not a refund. I hate leaving bad reviews on places, but they can definitely do better. Save your money and order somewhere else.

In my experience, this PizzaHut restaurant provided a subpar service. Many customers, including myself, were eagerly anticipating the Tuesday personal pan promotion. I placed a carryout order on my way home, but I encountered difficulties connecting with the restaurant. After overcoming these challenges, I successfully reached the call center around 10pm where my order was successfully placed after a couple failed attempts.
The call center attempted to transfer the call to the restaurant so that I could receive my points and receive an accurate pick-up time (the call center said it’d take about 40 mins). However, the restaurant failed to respond, and I decided to wait to pass the time. I arrived at the restaurant around 11pm and found approximately 10-15 customers impatiently waiting for their orders.
A manager attempted to gather the names of the orders and proceed with making the pizzas, cutting, and boxing them. This process was met with disbelief from the customers. While two other staff members were cleaning the store, they were not providing any assistance to the guests or our orders. The phones were muted, and I observed that all six lines were constantly ringing as other customers attempted to contact the restaurant.
The manager’s lack of timely management was evident as he struggled to gather the necessary information and send out orders. He failed to apologize or demonstrate urgency. I’ve worked in the hospitality industry for over a decade, so I was disappointed to witness such a situation. It was even more disheartening to observe that customers with later order times arrived and received their food before me. Finally, I received my order around 12:15am despite the store closing at 12 due to the high volume of orders. Unfortunately, I was unable to apply my member email to receive my points.
Overall, while the pizza was good, and I felt remorse for the team member working alone to get the orders out, I don’t see myself returning anytime soon.

I ordered from this location and had it delivered —great service received over the telephone and it was prepared and delivered within 25 minutes which was ahead of the estimated delivery time! I definitely will order again for delivery – nothing like a hot and savory pizza from Pizza Hut!

I’ve been to Pizza Hut and specifically the Pizza Hut all you can eat buffet for going on 40 years now. But sadly these days in 2025, Pizza Hut buffets are becoming scarce. Luckily here in Alexandria Virginia on glebe road, the Pizza Hut has a buffet on weekdays from noon to 1:30 or so. They brought out a couple of pizzas half and half different toppings. They brought out breadsticks and cinnamon sticks and had a salad bar. I haven’t been to a Pizza Hut buffet in years and I was very happy. The buffet itself was I think $12.99 or even $11.99, and then I bought a 2 liter bottle of Pepsi.

Don’t waste your time ordering from this location! The app said that it would be ready at 1830 on a Sunday evening. No problem at 1845 there was one employee working and a manager threatening to send the employee home… Also the lobby was full of people. I waited 25 minutes before being acknowledged and then told my food wasn’t ready.. the lobby was dirty and the “salad bar” was prepared and left untouched since 1017. I want to give this location the benefit of the doubt but when your entryway is littered with receipts and there is nobody acknowledging people who want to spend money that’s where you lost me. As for the pizza it was made incorrectly and did not meet any expectation. I would have rather got a frozen pizza and made it at home. Would have given 0 stars but that’s not an option.

I placed an online order for a pizza, and unfortunately, when I went to pick it up, I had to wait because the workers were in the back of the kitchen just looking at each other and not asking me what I was doing standing there waiting for someone to serve me. That needs to change. Unfortunately, they need to work on their customer service. Customers should be the priority, not the other way around, and then they come out to greet me angrily because I was waiting for something I paid for. I wasn’t asking for a freebie. That needs to change. Unfortunately, Pizza Hut used to be a great place for families, and now, with their poor customer service and missing toppings, it’s just unpleasant.

I wish o could leave monsters ! I got the new. Yorker pizza and it’s trash! My husband had to leave back out and take it back here ! I’d never order anything from this location again ! Oh and the pasta was even dry like the pizza ! Run as fast as you can from here

Food’s great, just the man working behind the counter on the night of New Year’s Eve needs remedial training on proper communication. I went up and said I had a pick up order and he just stayed silent. When I went to ask him again 5 minutes later he just said “I heard you the first time.” Learn to speak up??
