Had an online order. When we got to the window my we said “hi how are you doing today” and whoever that guy was, white, blonde barely any hair with glasses that was working today early morning 10/25 handed us the coffees and immediately shut the window. Good morning to you to sir I’m so sorry you had to do your job this morning . Incredibly RUDE. Whoever the girl was on the drive thru speaker was very nice tho! So sorry she has to work with someone like that I know she just can’t wait to get home. Will never be going back to this Starbucks if this is the type of customer service management is okay with.

Everything regarding Starbucks itself is great! The biggest problem I have is the location because with buccees across the street and the I40 entrance and exit ramps right by it that section of road is seriously difficult to exit the parking lot. Just be prepared to wait a bit before you can leave.

Absolutely loved my experience at this Starbucks location. Angelica is such a star with her bright smile and great service. Loved the blonde espresso with white mocha recommended by her. The other staff members were pleasant too. Great stop on the way to Smokies from Nashville.

I’ve been there twice now on road trips and had to wait 30 minutes each time for a drink. Staff is friendly and helpful but it seems like the management is poor or they are understaffed.
