Long wait, lots of door dash orders in front of people ordering in person. They made my shake first then it took another 25 mins for the food. By then my shake was melted. And a stray jalapeño on top of it. Glad I checked. Won’t be going back.

I really like this place a lot. The price is fantastic in today’s economy. I get a Cajun Burger and a Cheesesteak for 20 dollars. The burger is a double too. I think the value for the portion sizes is very good. The atmosphere is a chill environment. Overall this place is just a great spot to go to either picking up or eating in. I recommend it to all my friends.

Haider always provides amazing service and makes sure I’m completely taken care of every time I visit. He’s an absolute sweetheart and truly deserves a raise for his hard work and kindness it never changes!
Ruthie is also one of the best team members here. I’m not sure if she’s a manager or not, but her professionalism and positive attitude always stand out, even when the crew is short staffed. Both Haider and Ruthie consistently go above and beyond.

Public restroom are blocked off, but they allow people to eat inside. I couldn’t wash my hands before touching foods that i eat with my hands????? Glad i brought my own hand sanitizer. I get that its a small place to start, but their is no space between anyone, there are tables right next to where you order. When walking in i noticed that they have put up signs that state this table has been sanitized. I place an order sat at a table, and watched others come in eat or sit wait for their food and go, not 1 employee wiped down a table and their was 6 that i could see. I was inside order and ate and had to be there for at least 30 minutes
I order a shake i highly recommend the shakes. I got strawberry and it was fantastic. The shake was probably the best part of my whole experience although my burger was tasty they did miss some of my toppings. The fries where good felt as if they need more cheese and bacon. The young man that took my order also delivered it to me he was really nice. 2nd milkshake was ordered after. Prices are a little high. I may have given higher stars if cleaner and restroom was available.

We had Wayback cater our Member’s lunch here today at Venture X Marlborough and it was amazing. The food was hot and fresh and we cannot say enough about the tater tots!

I started eating before taking a pic. Couldn’t help it. I always get mac and cheese bites and the cheesy burger. It never fails. I feel it has more flavor than most other burger places in the area. Will always be my favorite burger place.
