The lady that took our order was rude, like no greeting nothing. Which is ok honestly we all have bad days, but just to not say a word to us while taking our order I even said please and thank you and just got “a look”. Then at first my breakfast platter was missing its egg, no big deal went up let them know and you wiuld have thought I personally insulted her. Just took my Styrofoam box and threw it on the warmer “it needs egg” she yells and you see what I got in the box. Like almost no food for my near $7 meal its really insulting. But then the biscuit was cold, and the gravy tasted canned which is horrific, the gravy was a flagship for Hardees why change it? Just not a good time. Also the staff yelled alot which just made the lobby uncomfortable.

I was having a rather disagreeable day to put it lightly. My friend took me to this Hardee’s location and I haven’t been to a Hardee’s in years. I got out of the restroom, My friend had already ordered and I was the day I was having was oblivious to what I was ordering at the time. I will admit I was very stupid and Jennifer was very kind to me. Not only was she kind to me but she made me giggle about it because I felt very dumb. I’m not going to go into details of how dumb I was but I was dumb. She was so courteous and very understanding. We sat down within a few moments our food was at the table. Nice and hot. It’s been a long time since I’ve had Hardee’s and I was very happy with my meal. I couldn’t finish it. That’s not on y’all though.

This is the worst meal we have had in a long time and we got the food at 12 pm, a time where there shouldn’t be any issues with food quality (and we were the only ones in line).Waste of $16 for sure. We had a coupon for the sandwich thankfully, but still a huge waste of money. The wrap had one piece of cheese. The other one had no cheese, and each had watered down sauce and barley any lettuce. This place is a joke. I cant believe it’s still in business. Will obviously not be returning here. Burger king never disappoints and is much cheaper for better food!

After noticing the chicken patty looked dark brown like it had been sitting and the cheese was cold to the touch the asst manager had it made fresh and also gave me cold fries for having to wait. The sandwich was pretty but there was no extra mayo as I requested and you can definitely tell after the first bite that the grease needs to be changed out. It was gross! Oh and they failed to put napkins in the bag. The asst manager was friendly that’s the only reason for stars at all.

Every time I go to a fast food place it feels like they go out of their way to remind me why I don’t go to these places. I order a simple bacon egg and cheese biscuit at 6:30 am. The bacon was undercooked, the biscuit was warm at best if I’m being generous. They completely left the egg off of the Bacon EGG and Cheese Biscuit and because of some lame excuse about not being able to obtain pennies the store rounded up to the nearest dollar. These are the kind of problems you don’t have to deal with when you go to a local mom and pop place. I wouldn’t suggest to anyone that they visit any fast food chain anywhere.

Drive through ordering breakfast. The associate wanted to argue and force extra food and charges by dramatically changing my order. I repeatedly said no, just one order after they repeatedly tried doubling it. After the first combo number I gave and made it past the argument I had a second combo number to give but they chose to give total and tell me to pull forward. I tried saying I had another part of the order but they ignored me. Had to drive all the way around to restart the whole order and go through the whole argument again. I don’t know what was going on with this associate Jennifer, but when a customer says no; that doesn’t mean argue with them to force what the customer was not ordering onto them. Worst form of customer service in the very industry. I guarantee I won’t be back if all I get to look forward to is a full argument. What a joke.

Everything was good! Staff was very helpful. Food was hot and fresh. I let them know that they were appreciated. I think people think this magically happens. There are a lot of people involved in making my experience great.

This location will try to add the $1 donation without even asking. And then they accidentally throw the receipt away. And when confronted about it they get very defensive. I wonder if they get a bonus for having the best donations in their market. Mike the manager recommended I write a review about it.

If I could give zero I would! I got a chocolate shake and a burger. My shake was way under half full. So I had my sister go back up there and get another one and they did same thing when tried to say something they laughed at her and wouldn’t help her. I called up there spoke to Brie who said she was the manger… and explained the issue she started laughing on the phone and hung up and wouldn’t answer the phone again. I finally called on another number. Told her she is very unprofessional, and I want her bosses name she started getting attitude and at first wouldn’t give it to me. Then finally told me her name was heather and she would be in tomorrow. Just the fact of laughing at someone spending 12 dollars on two shakes and no refund nothing! Not even a apology… very disrespectful get better employees

I ordered ahead since it was a big order. Got there in the timeframe it said would be ready. The only thing hot was the fries, the burgers were cold, the taco was soggy, the sodas were all ice and the shake had chunks of ice in it. No plans on going back.
