We are a food trailer with covered picnic tables for eating. We pride ourselves on our real slow smoked BBQ including brisket, pulled pork, pork ribs, handmade sausages, smoked burgers, sandwiches, and handmade sides too. We found this little hole in the wall on our way to Oklahoma and we’re so happy we did. All of it was amazing from my husband’s stacked up smoked burger and pulled pork sandwich to my sampler plate. All of it was amazing and fresh. It’s the truest form of family owned as they have everyone pitching in to help run the restaurant. Their little boy who brought us our food was just so friendly and talkative. We had our pup with us. He, the son, and his mother both helped take care of our dog. A free bone from the smoke house and a bowl of water that I didn’t even ask for. They were just amazing small town people. We cant wait to come back. OH! and their selection of sauces is just mind blowing. I tried 5 or 6 different ones they offer and I really enjoyed them all. Five stars

Really nice Homestyle BBQ place, the people are friendly and food is delicious. We tried the rib plate with loaded potato salad and brisket plate with fries and their own sauces- Hot and Smoky. Everything tasted fresh, the meats were cooked nicely with a good slow and low quality about them. Definitely try the loaded potato salad! Potions were a good size, not too much, we shared everything between two people and it was just right. I will be going back soon to get some meat by the pound to bring home for family dinner, and to see if I can buy some sauce, it was that good.

This was a good stop. We had the Shotgun Smokey (loaded baked potato). The potato was large and the brisket was delicious. They had several choices of barbecue sauce. My potato was cooked perfect, Connie said hers had a few hard spots in it. There were covered picnic tables to wait or eat in the shade. Would definitely recommend.

I have never really been a big fan of food trailers. However,having said that, this IDC BBQ place has to be some of the best food I have ever had. Thank you so much for the food and the friendly service. If you are a skeptic like me please stop in and order something. U will not be disappointed. Prices very resonable and portions are filling.

The pulled pork was abundant in volume, but not real smoky in flavor. One of the sandwiches had a fair amount of fat in with the meat. The BBQ sauce was Great and I liked the service and the menu board on the food truck.

Loaded baked potato is amazing! The brisket is so very good and they have about 10 different bbq sauces to choose from that are all made in house. Very good! They do catering too!

We love to see local restaurants. This is a cool little BBQ stand with outside seating. The prices aren’t bad, and the food is pretty good. It’s especially good for the price, I think. I got the BBQ fries, which were pretty good and filling.

If you really want great barbecue of several different cuts of meat, this is a great place to go here in Mena, AR. Also, be sure to check out all the different kinds of sauce that they have for your barbecue meat. I believe they have four different flavors of sauce that they make at their establishment.
