If I could give this place zero stars I would ! I go to Dairy Queen once a week sometimes more to buy the royal New York cheesecake blizzard , I usually go to a different location but decided to stop by the one on 42 bc it’s close to my work , I bought 4 blizzards & they are literally all just plain vanilla ice cream !!! 2 of them had a tiny piece of strawberry on top but no cheesecake pieces or graham cracker… I literally scooped one out entirely just to make sure… I called & spoke to the manager he sat & argued with me saying that they made them right & I asked for a refund & he wouldn’t give me one ! He basically said I was lying smh… i literally told him I would bring the blizzards back to the store for him to look at but no he just kept arguing with me then said the owner would call me back but of course they didn’t ! I PAID $32 FOR VANILLA ICE CREAM WHAT A JOKE !

Spent $40 for the family’s dinner and the nastiness you see in the photos was what I got from this establishment for my money. I could give credit for an honest mistake, but all of that putrid lettuce was covered on top with a thin layer of fresh lettuce.
The salad looked great. The top was a nice looking thin layer that covered what you see in the photos. That leads me to believe it was intentionally done to cover up the slimy brown, wilted green , and translucent garbage underneath. There wasn’t just a small area or layer under the fresh top. Every bit under the thin layer looked like it should have been thrown out 3 days prior.
If your food handling of salad is this bad, what about the chicken that came with the salad, or the chicken strips I also ordered for dinner? There wasn’t a chance in hell I’d eat the chicken after the petri dish of e coli / botulism you sold me under the name “crispy chicken salad”. I’ve never done this before, but definitely reporting this place. Disgusting, nasty, and you knew what you gave me because it was obvious you tried to hide it. Not sure how you haven’t killed someone yet, but you need to be ashamed and kept away from any food related business. You took the money I worked hard to earn and gave me this to feed myself and my family. Every bit of this was thrown out, and I had to pay even more to get properly handled and prepared food because you stole my money and gave me garbage to feed my family. Disgraceful, dishonest, and shameful.

For one, how can you charge $0.99 for a ranch this size and not even fill it up all the way? A bottle of ranch is literally like $4 so that’s already crazy. Not to mention you only get one sauce for your whole meal anyways. And then this burger? It was just smashed. The tomato was soggy and gross. I don’t know what they’ve got going on up here but it needs dealt with. I spent $35 there today and I would’ve much preferred if I had good service.

Very rude staff. My blizzard tasted awful; when I told the staff member I would like a different one he said no, I picked it and I couldn’t get a different one. It would have cost the business about .40 cents to replace it and to provide good customer service. First and last time we will ever eat at this location. We have eaten at multiple Dairy Queens and have never had this type of bad experience. I would suggest if you want good food and good customer service you go somewhere else.

We both got Blizzards. They were so good and they let you order inside at this point but still no dining in which is the only complaint I could offer. The treats were delectable and portions on DQ Blizzards are more than enough for even the biggest of appetites. We will be back if we’re in the area again. Please open your Dining Room.

Smaller DQ set in a strip mall, almost missed it if not for GPS. The service was great and the food was good, they’re banana splits are a favorite of his. I tried the Royal Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard, was really good!

Stopped in on Veterans Day not knowing this franchise had a free snack for vets. Great service and thankful this franchise owner offered a free ice cream treat for us and all veterans today!! Kuddos

There was a HAIR in my blizzard, took it back to the guy working the counter and he was SO RUDE and accused me of putting it in myself. I didn’t want a refund I wanted a different one. And it was barely eaten from, too. And it doesn’t even match my hair. The girl making the blizzards was disgustingly rude. This place has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE I will never be back. That’s gross.

I wish I could give it a negative number. This is a 6 dollar Banana split. There is little toppings, 1 pineapple chunks and a teaspoon of strawberry topping. Horrible excuse for whipped cream!!!!! This is pathetic!!!!!! Anoint the one in Florence on us 42 they don’t even have a working ice machiene and don’t tell you till after you order. This place sucks!!!!
