I’m hate to be this person,
I came in at 9:24pm on June 20th Friday I walked great costumer service love it. I order a number #1 big zax snack meal, my fries were cold like if they have been sitting for a good bit and my tenders I was hoping for fresh cooked tenders no hard tenders that look like they been dipped again I do not appreciate receiving cold food and I drove from Boaz and I’m sorry but that is unacceptable why will you give food like that out to the customers

The quality of the meal tonight may be the worst I’ve eaten since they opened in Guntersville. I have never, I mean Nev-A, left food on a plate when eating here. But tonight I did. The quality of the chicken was rubbery; the fries were cold & over salted. It was bad. Boaz store hands down has the better food quality.
UPDATE: They evidently read some reviews because the turnaround is acknowledged. Food is like it was when they opened in 2001ish. Much better! A+

Zalad is ALWAYS half a box. I have asked them many times to make it a full box but they argue with me and nothing has changed. The Zalad should not look like this when turned on it’s side.

Me just say We had a great time.This young gentlemen was helping us at the register he was so helpful and sweet you can tell he loves his job and like to help.His personally was beyond this world! I believe his name was Ty! Plus the store was super clean! Thank you Ty for the amazing service and hospitality we will definitely be back here! Plus the food was hot and fresh!

Food was great. Service was questionable I was handed two drinks that had coke spilled down all sides of the cups,practically spilling on my shirt and lap. I asked for napkins the guy at the window said they were in my bag…they were not. Guy also at the window was talking to two other workers and was paying 0% attention to what he was doing

I visit this restaurant about once a week. It has good food on a consistent basis. I very rarely have food that doesn’t match my expectations. I was in the establishment yesterday and received the best service I’ve had in all the times I’ve ever been there. There was a man named Brandon running the front and he had the absolute best attitude of anyone I’ve ever came into contact with there. Everyone is always friendly but his attitude is truly contagious and I believe having him there lifts all the employees spirits. Keep up the good work!

The new fried shrimp were not that great and the sauce that came with them wasn’t all that either. Also the the ice dispenser on the drinks machine kept getting stuck and customers couldn’t get a beverage..
