Both meals came with a small side salad, but the dressing options were limited to just ranch and one other, which felt a bit restrictive. One thing to note: they don’t offer paper menus. If you have poor vision like I do, you’ll need to take a photo of the board and zoom in on your phone to read it.
Overall, the energy was comfortable, but the experience felt a little uneven.
it was a little crowded at lunchtime but there’s outdoor seating.
PS: amazing coffee but don’t expect Michelin star quality food.
I guess that’s why she loves it.
I feel like this place should be called “More & Coffee” or “Cafe that also serves coffee”. Either way, coffee is not the main attraction, and deservedly so. The coffee was quite mediocre, but the breakfast food was very good. I got the breakfast burrito, which was made well and came with a side salad. My friend got the avocado toast which I had to retrain from secretly taking a bite of when she wasn’t looking.
Nothing to complain about there. However, the coffee left much to be desired. I could have made a better coffee at home.
I also didn’t like that everything came in takeout containers, even though we dined in. I get that covid is still going on, but the primary mode of transmission is human-to-human, not human-to-plate-to-dishwasher-back-to-human. We can be covid conscious and planet friendly, in my humble (but opinionated) view.
All in all, I think 4 stars here is not bad.
