I received very accurate and helpful service, it was quick and everything tasted awesome. I just had to take a pic of my turtle custard bc they did such a good job on it!
Plus the grilled onions were perfect on my burger.
Only complaint would be that my fries completely spilled in the bag, like they were out in there upside down… still tasted good tho haha
My family and I dined in this evening 2/13/25 around 7 PM. As usual on week ends, it was busy, which I have grown accustomed to. There’s nothing you can do about that. Even my cashier, I believe his name was Sam was polite and swift.
My issue is with one of your other workers and how disgusting her attitude was towards the rest of the staff and even customers while I was ordering. Tina’s behavior was very unpleasant to witness from somebody that didn’t even deal with her directly. For starters, she was sitting in a chair, barking orders at all of the other staff to grab things left and right for her. I don’t care that she was sitting even if she was the only one. My issue is with how I witnessed her treat these people. I don’t care how busy you are that is not how you treat others Especially your own coworkers. During the time I was ordering, I witnessed her rudely dismiss another customer asking for mayo packets. She stated “there was a bucket of them somewhere over there”, her exact words. The customer then explained to her that it was empty and for some reason, Tina acted like this was the most insane request. She proceeded to roll her eyes, huff and puff and bark at another staff member to grab her mayo packets. Even when I sat down with my family and my order was delivered to my table, One of our items was missing. My mom went back up to the counter with the receipt in hand and dealt with Tina, who rudely challenged her when she explained that an order of onion rings never arrived at our table. Eventually, everything was resolved, but it shouldn’t have been dealt with in the way it was. I love this Culver’s and have never had a bad experience until tonight. Having someone like that as the first thing you see when entering your restaurant is disappointing to say the least. If you’re gonna be a rude grouch, you shouldn’t be working in this industry, and I now am left with a extremely sour taste in my mouth. I have one word to say and that is her actions were disgusting. Even if this location is extremely close to my house, I am compelled to drive the extra distance and just go to the chaska location just to avoid Tina that’s how unpleasant she was.
How much better can it get?
This location had tissue in the bathrooms, as in nose or facial tissue.
The restrooms were clean.
The staff was friendly.
The parking was easy.
The dining area was clean and orderly.
The trash cans were clean and emptied.
5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!
It was a $25 order, so that’s pretty frustrating. Just feels like bad communication and poor customer service.
