I waited 20 minutes for some dry “cheesy” bread. Asked cashier for sauce for my bread and all she said was, “it costs extra.” She did not even make an effort to ring it up until I said, “well can I have one?” The pizza was decent. Also, it’s very hot inside the building.

Way too packed in the front, cashier too busy prepping other online orders to give walk-in customers any service, no pizzas ready. Always a 20-30 minute wait. I waited over 20 mins and cashier walked off in the middle of taking my order to cut pizzas, and didn’t come back to complete my order. I left after waiting 20 mins for someone to take my order. I give up trying to come here thinking it’s going to be a quick stop like it use to be. You’re probably better off ordering online before coming in.

So, this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issues with ordering AHEAD of time; and this has happened at multiple little ceaser locations. Now has happened here 3 times.
Ordering ahead of time is pointless.
Placed an order at 1 pm for a pick up between 4:40 and 4:50 pm, the same day.
Get there at about 4:30 pm.
Nothing in the warmer for our confrontation number.
Talked to the front saying they had 8 more people to get before even talking to us.
Finally get through the line and ask about the order to only THEN be told at 5 pm they either don’t have it or they now have those 8 people to do a head of us.
We got our meal at 5:20 pm… And again we ordered for a 4:40 to 4:40 pm pick up.
There was no apologies, not here have a sauce on us, not a single explanation as to why a pre-order was placed behind walk ins.
Pizza is still great.
Place is always busy.
Staff were still polite but lacking for willingness to explain how it happened.
Will still come here, just avoid doing the preorder it doesn’t save you time.

Ordered online, store said they never received my orders while I held the receipt on my phone in front of their faces. Told me to reordered and can’t do anything if I get charged again. Told me I would need to call number on app but app doesn’t not provide number but just a survey that will be reviewed in a few days. Awful. This is not a one time occurrence.

I came last night dec.10,there was a line out the door. The cashier name Krystal C. Very rude ,was to busy talking to the guy that worked there. The counter needed to be cleaned, floor needed sweep ,one man had yell at her,she looked at and turn back around to finish her conversation, bye this time was a line again. I order enlarged with expepperoni. When pizza was done the box wasn’t closed, I get home to find there wasVery little sauce and no expepperoni. The place was very dirty food on the floor next to the trash can,the sign outside doesn’t work.

Manager on shift was not good!!!! I asked if my pizza was ready, she said yeah when her hands were free and she wasnt doing anything, so I assumed she was gonna grab it for me when she told me it was ready, but instead she decided to do a money drop even tho I waited for like 15mins already!! And it was just for a simple classic pep! Smh ! Not nice, no smile and the pizza was cut all stupid too . Guess it wasnt their day .

I bought a pizza oven and sell pizzas out in vanderwagen on two wells road . I have a 12″ for 10$ even comes with two toppings and a 8″ for 5$ with 2 toppings and .50 for additional toppings . Got specials- 2 12″ 1 topping pizzas for 15$ too. All for pizza delicious for all . Ps if you like biscuits and sausage gravy I have a sausage gravy pizza. Some say it reminds them of school breakfast pizza. Chow.

Order online. Came 30 minutes later which the order stated it be ready. The rude employee said she can’t control the time and it be another 15 minutes on top of the 30 minutes I already waited for 2 pizzas. Told them to cancel don’t recommend. They can’t keep their own promises
