I’m really tired of ordering from this location and getting extremely poor quality food. Been about 7 months and thought I’d give it another shot. Nope. Bad decision on my part. You prepare the food. You cook the food. You give it to the customer. The process isn’t hard. And fast food workers want more money? Why? To continue messing up orders? Come on. Close this restaurant. I’m shocked it’s getting 3.5 stars. This is the worst location in Nicholasville and probably Central Kentucky. Just look at all the other reviews.

Went through the drive-thru to grab a 10 piece nugget combo. When I pulled up to the window, I handed the lady my card as she was handing me my drink with the lid clearly popped off. Already annoyed that she handed me an open drink she then hands me my food and the nuggets that she put in there were not sealed in the container she put them in leading to a messy bag with nuggets scattered in there. I fished out all the nuggets and I counted only 7 nuggets. Really?? Very displeased with the service or lack thereof and the food itself was lackluster. fries were stale and nuggets were like rocks.

I ordered 10 Cheesy Bean & Rice burritos. No creamy jalapeño sauce. I got 10 with sauce. I don’t live near that location we stopped coming through town. Called the location no answer. Smh ridiculous. But hey what do I expect…. Smh

Found a fly in my food. Called to tell the manager about it and they said “well if you bring your receipt I can replace it for you.” I replied with “ok?” Considering I never heard an apology.. then the manager said “oh sorry by the way” I never got my receipt.. and quite frankly I wasn’t very interested in any more food after that..

We ordered $100 worth of food, and was never given any semblance of a bad attitude about it.
Server gave us our food with a smile.
It was all there! Not a single mess up in the order. And it all tasted perfect.
This was at lunch time on August 2nd. Give these people some recognition for how astounding their food and service was.

Went through the drive through and the lady was rude while I was placing my order. I was asking about adding some guacamole on the side for my nachos and you could tell that it aggravated her. When I got to the window to pay, she was shaking her head out of frustration as other people placed their orders. I’m not sure if they were short handed or if she just didn’t want to be there, but whatever the reason, she was not happy at all! When I got home, I found that my food was cold and the sauces that I had asked for were left out of the bag. It was a totally bad experience. Taco Bell definitely needs to do a better job with the customer service and food quality.
