I ordered a vanilla bean drink and asked for caramel lining the cup. When it came out, the caramel was only on top, and when I asked for it to be fixed, I was told they were out — which wasn’t mentioned at the drive-thru. It was disappointing, as the issue wasn’t corrected. On the positive side, my husband loved his brown sugar espresso shaken drink.

Editing to 1 Star – you guys need nicer and more professional staff, did not know there was a barista promise to remake a drink that was made wrong until reading other reviews. And now even more so disappointed.

I was handed wrong drink and was charged more for what it would normally cost me for my order then when they asked what I ordered they gave me this in place filled mostly ice they all but threw my order at me and were rude they put someone phone lying say they were the manager when I caught them they told me I can’t speak to a manager and need to call customer service! This location has turned to absolute crap in the last year

I did a mobile order this morning and picked up in drive thru. Drive thru service was great. Take a drink and quickly realize there is caramel sauce lining my cup for a peppermint mocha Frappuccino . I turn around go back and go inside. Not busy inside but I stand there for a few minutes before anyone ask to help me. They all just standing around. Told lady what happened and what was wrong she took sticker to remake and was nice. Girl beside her said oh I read the ticket wrong and proceeds to make it again-correct this time. She say it on counter and turned away. No I’m sorry, no thank you, nothing. These people need a class in customer service and common courtesy to their customers. I was a repeat customer and live in Nicholasville.

I got a matcha with cold foam and no ice, no joke the cup was half full once it settled. If I’m paying $7 for a drink it would be awesome if the cup was full!

I ordered a Vanilla Latte online and banana cream cold foam. Paid an extra $1.25 just for cold foam for them to forget it I immediately told them as soon as I got the drink. They did fix it for me, but they put so much caramel on top of the cold foam that it is now in the cold foam and all I’m getting a straight sticky caramel when I drink it. This is why I cannot stand Starbucks because they are never consistent. Also, please pay more attention. If somebody’s gonna pay extra for some thing, they expect to have that in their drink.

I stopped at 2:00 P.M. 11-05-2025 and ordered a tall Pike Place Coffee. The store was almost empty and I received my coffee in a timely manner. Unfortunately the coffee was lukewarm at best. I told the Barestia that the coffee was not hot (barely warm) and to my surprise, she responded “that was not under her control.” I was so taken aback by this response that I just said OK and left. So needless to say I wasn’t very happy.

No way I pay $1.25 extra for cold foam and the assistant manager wants to argue that this is the standard? Every CF order has to be made fresh in the blender (mine is the brown sugar) and over 75% of it ends up in the sink anyway. Quit being stingy with the cold foam that people pay for!!! Refuse to return here out of pure spite. Do better this is just sad and cheap.

Ordered ahead for pickup time it said 2:51 estimated- got there at 2:51 but didn’t get my drink until 3:03- but I wasn’t in a rush and they were super busy. The barista was nice enough and apologized for the extended wait. My latte looked like a creme brûlée and I’m good with that!
