The line here moves QUICKLY. Two lines which helps minimize the crazy traffic Sevierville can get during the busy season. Everyone we’ve came across that works here has been great. Out of all the visits we have made here, there was only once that my order was incorrect (and it was technically just missing). We love visiting this chick-fil-a.

We have eaten inside here once. The facility is clean, bathrooms are clean, and placing the order was quick. I love that they bring the order to you to minimize people waiting around the front counter waiting.

Went through the drive through ordered. Got around the corner noticed my kids icream was missing turned around and came back through the drive-thru line. I waited again got the ice cream Park to eat and I had a salad I had never even seen before let alone the one that I ordered. I go back inside to exchange the salad so this is the third time dealing with a problem on the order and they switched the salad out. I make it all the way home just to see that the milkshake was incorrect also. I called to speak with management and they were of no help their first offer was to have me come back AGAIN and they would give me a new milkshake. My ticket was $34. Then they wanted me to have to drive 2 hours back tonight was the only way that I could get a refund. Absolutely ridiculous because I accidentally called the other Chick-fil-A in Sevierville and they were happy to provide me with a refund but unfortunately it was not the one I went through. This Chick-fil-A needs to do better. The worst part about it was it’s all correct on the receipt they simply just threw all kinds of different stuff in a bag and didn’t pay any attention and carried it out to the car to me without caring that I just paid good money for this food. Let me just say it was not a pleasure.

Placed a breakfast mobile order prior to 10:30a.m. Waited in line behind another guest and pulled up to the outside ataff at 10:32a.m. Stated I had a mobile order, the girl states she’d have to radio to see if they still had breakfast. I asked if it mattered that the order was already input prior to 10:30, she had no clue. She comes back saying, “we are entirely out of breakfast food”. So I canceled my mobile order . I was pushing 10:30 and am well aware QSR menu turnover happens quickly, so wasn’t too worried.

Sat in line for 8 minutes to exit the lane. Was not upset unti a CFA team member walked out into the drive thru with 2 chicken biscuits (which was my exact order) and asked the guest in line to my left “do you want a chicken biscuit?”” Gave them one biscuit, as well as the vehicle behind them.

I thought you were OUT of all breakfast?

I called in to the MOD to let them know their team declined an order based on product availability, then gave away those items in the drive thru. Was meant as a heads up, rather than a straight up formal complaint. As that’s a terrible look.

Chelsea (Chelsie?) was the MOD whom answered. She sounded dismissive at best about the situation and I’d doubt the management team wlil receive any notice. Hence, this post being created as I’m sure the operator expects better results from their team.

Totally ripped me off. I am so mad. I ordered the Vday heart trays and then put my food in the regular box and said to bad to sad NO I ordered for the heart shape box! It was a Vday gift!

So they scammed me and got me!

The cookies was AWFUL not even sure what u call them. They was not the normal chocolate chip cookies

The tenders was just straight up yuck. They tasted like water. No flavor. Must have needed to change ur oil.

Can not believe I spent over $70 on this! So mad

Great service and great food. We used the app and ordered table delivery. Service with a smile and the same friendly people with service that CFA is famous for!
Areas were clean and well maintained. One trash can was out of order, but plenty of others to take it’s place.
I didn’t get the name of the lobby server Monday 3-27-2024, but he was excellent! Our drink was never Empty and he even took our trash!
I would definitely visit here again!

Went to local Chick after work. Politely ordered requesting a Cobb salad with no bacon no cheese, grilled nuggets. They gave me an incorrect order of fried Cobb salad. I requested a replacement and again they failed to give me the correct order, a grilled chicken Cobb but covered in cheese amd bacon. Note I requested that specifically because I cannot ingeat dairy or beef. I did not request a third replacement because I knew it would not be possible to get my order correct this go around. Please note this is not the first occurance of them not completing my order as requested.

Good food friendly service but it cost 60$ today for three meals yes 60.00$ and that’s not ok for fast food… God I pray the prices and cost of living comes down. Dear president of Chic fil A I know you are a Christian based company I respect that You have good food and friendly service..I respect that Thank you for that However the prices are high especially if you get soup or frosted lemonade instead of fries and soda..I could see a couple dollar up charge but 20$ a meal for fast food..NOT ok

The food was cooked perfectly. The fries were good and crispy with a dash of salt. The staff was super efficient and nice as always. The food came out pretty fast. The dining room was being managed well.
