Don’t understand why these places can’t just employ a human to take orders in the drive thru versus an AI which got one part of my order wrong, to my surprise this mistake would ruin my food as I got a 3 tacos full to the brim with so much refried beans they were soggy by the time I made it to my house on bluebonnet less than 5 minutes from this Taco Bell. Even if I had wanted to actually add beans to my tacos, why the hell did they put so much. Trust me just go somewhere else, the race track next door is bound to have better food than this Taco Bell.

Also, the staff did not know what is in the chicken cantina burrito.
I spit out the only bite I took. It was cold, enough sauce to lube a drive shaft on an 18 wheeler, and only 5 little cubelets of chicken. Squirrels have more meat on them than that overpriced “burrito”.

Worst location ever! First they forgot the sour cream in my veggie power bowl. Then, they forgot the guacamole. As expensive as all this is, give the customers what they pay for!!!! This location is incapable of delivering what other locations do.

December 3rd , 2025 . I go to plenty of Taco Bell’s and this is the only one that has been thoughtful and provides utensils and straws. Most of them don’t give you the forks, it’s the little things that deserve recognition. Give that crew a raise ! Around 11:30 am crew

The only reason this is getting any kind of rating is because of the morning/daytime crew. If you get the nighttime crew, good luck. Our food was SLOPPY and COLD. I’ve never had these issues with the morning/daytime crew.

I’ve gone here multiple times, each time thinking maybe it was just a rough night for the crew and that’s why the service was as bad as it was. One time I placed a mobile order and waited ten minutes before driving to the store, when I got there I went through the drive through and told them my name, they gave me someone else’s food so I had to go back inside and it took another 24 minutes for them to finish my food, today I went with another person and it took over 20 minutes inside to get our food just for it to be cold and my chicken quesadilla had no sauce on it. Mind you the employees stood around and laughed all near the window the whole time. Every time I have went they are rude and act as if we are an inconvenience and it takes them almost 30 minutes for our “fast” food to be finished. Someone needs to go check this place out but I do not recommend going to this Taco Bell and I myself will not be going back.

Came to this Taco Bell after we almost died at waffle House so excited to indulge in some yummy tacos, but they messed up our whole order. I asked for just beef and cheese and I got the whole inventory on my taco. They also forgot to give me my cinnamon twists, but I caught that before I left so I went back through the drive-through & got them. Never ever go here it was the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had in my whole entire life.

I ordered a Chicken Quesadilla with added lettuce. After receiving my food I realized there was no chicken in my quesadilla– just lettuce,cheese, and sauce. I tried to call but phone doesnt work. Once I got to the store someone (Earl) told me they ran out of chicken. So they just decided to give me a chickenless Chicken Quesadilla.
(Im guessing if I didn’t pay extra for the lettuce I would have just received cheese and sauce.)
He also told me I couldnt get a refund, and doordash isn’t giving me a refund either. This was my first experience having taco bell and I have to say this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a fastfood restaurant.
