I’ve got a very large family so my orders are always big. With that being said I typically don’t have a good experience with the majority of fast food locations because with big orders bad attitudes flare. This place was a breath of fresh air, the girl at the drive through had a wonderful attitude she was very kind and the food was actually made correctly with no mistakes and it was fresh. Keep up the hard work guys because you have no idea what simply being nice does for people especially me. Thank you!!!

Literally you will wait for 20 minutes just to order and then they will make you wait before the window with no one in front of you so you don’t hit their sensor-probably because management has decided that artificially inflated “ticket times” are more important than just.. serving people food and customer satisfaction. Used to be a lot better

Unsure if there’s new ownership or management, but the customer service is totally different overnight…in a good way. I’ve been by a few times over the last month and (unlike in the past), the employees were friendly and my order was correct. Whatever has changed, please keep it!! Highly recommend now!!
(P.S. Please bring back the Pintos and Cheese, and the Mexican Pizza.)

Pretty disappointed in the Markham location. Ordered through the app, waited 20 minutes to leave just so I knew it would be ready when I arrived. When I arrived I was the only car in the drive thru. They confirmed my order and had me pull up. Once I got up there they told me to back up behind the purple pole which my guess would be where the timer is for the ticket times sensors. I then waited another 10 minutes to get my food because they had not even started my order yet. Pretty disrespectful to the customer to have them wait in total about 35 minutes for their food from the time they ordered but have the vehicle back up so it doesn’t reflect on your true ticket time. Once I got the food the order was correct, however, every item was cold! Cold Taco Bell is hardly edible. Not impressed with this crew as I eat at this location often.

This store was very professional, greeted both me and my granddaughter with a smile and I can assure you that if my granddaughter wasn’t with me to place my orders I couldn’t have done it, until I observed the manager working with her entire crew which spoke volumes.

I hate leaving negative reviews. I love to celebrate great service and great food, even if it is fast food. Sadly, that isn’t this review.
I used the app and it says the order was ready at 8:29. I arrived and was finally waited on (nobody in line) at 8:35. I was told that I hadn’t paid for the food. So I showed them the receipt. The host wandered around in the kitchen area before coming up again and saying that I hadn’t paid. I showed her both the receipt and the debit in my bank account for the charge. She took my phone and went to show it to another person who said, yes, I had paid. At 8:45, they still hadn’t even started on the order, but they could stand around and chat. One of them pointed at me and said, “oh yeah.” At 8:47, the guy mopping the front came up and asked if they had taken care of me yet. He then went and asked why I hadn’t been helped. (I appreciate him!)
At 8:52, I was given my order.
I understand the stress of working in fast food, but to have to be convinced that a customer has paid when he has the receipt and the order number is pretty poor.

Waited 20 minutes & paid over $30 worth of food for him to get mad because I asked for more sauce saying it’s only Sauce per item. Then the food was made very sloppy and wasn’t made how I aske. Calling corporate doesn’t really do anything so I’m just washing my hands with Taco Bell.

This location has to be the WORST Taco Bell in the entire franchise history. Every time I have came to this restaurant something is missing or wrong. I wish I could upload pictures of the slop that was thrown in my bag. After driving around a second time for missing items. I noticed my bag was leaking when I arrived home. The meat was not drained … it literally looks like I have soup on a flour tortilla. My Gordita crunch was missing the meat…. Not a single piece just lettuce cheese and sauce… my other four tacos were so soggy and saturated in grease I could not eat them… I basically spent $16 on a Baja Blast… called the store to see if it was worth driving back for no answer …. Whether it’s management or crew someone needs to be revamped.
