No napkins available, no person to take order, gotta ask to go to the bathroom but there aren’t any cashiers to ask, cost is outrageous for this garbage service. They’d have to make the food free for me to go back here in its current state
Edit: to clarify the worker’s weren’t being lazy, they were all working hard, but whoever manages the store either is hiring too few, or doesnt treat employees well enough to hold on to them, cuz 4 people ain’t enough

It is very clean and plenty of seating. Well lit.
Multi selections for soda and easy menu.
I would like them to make cheese automatic..I always forget to add. Burgers are great.

Came here for a quick dinner and utilized the mobile app on my way there. Food was hot and fresh made to order. Staff was pleasant and quick. Exterior of store looked nice and free of trash.

I encountered a very rude and unprofessional manager named Jose “Lil Edgar.” He was laughing while taking my order, which is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location until appropriate action is taken. He needs to be suspended or fired immediately.

Really bad experience. The manager doesn’t seem to care! Tried to redeem my crowns but was told only participating restaurant only. Bathroom water running, staff in the back complaing they are tired. Didnt see anyone washing there hands. Order took 15 minutes to receive. All in all, I do not recommend this burger king. Manager made a joke about the burgers stating hope there cooked all the way. Sad.

Horrible atmosphere!!! Make sure you buy something first to be considered a customer because you can’t simply walk into this establishment as a guest!!! So don’t expect to be a quick friendly stop nor family friendly.

Horrible customer service, I walk in, there’s one customer already eating his food. No one else there. The crew in the back looked like they were actually doing something, but the lady upfront was just standing there chatting away with one of her other coworkers. See’s me standing there, snidely says when you’re ready to order the kiosk is there and then turns back and continues talking to her friend rather than doing her job and taking my order when there is absolutely no business going on there. This is the second time and I walked out immediately both times, if Burger King doesn’t care about their employees attitudes, then they can go ahead and lose out on their customers.

Lady denied service to me when I handed her a coupon. She said why didn’t I tell her I had a coupon when I was ordering. Last time I checked she never asked me if I had coupons or if I was planning on using one in the first place. Every other fast food restaurant always asks in the beginning if you are going to use a coupon or use rewards. I thought they apply the coupon at the window when you go pay so they can verify I physically have the coupon. She told me that she is NOT going to change my order and that she is not doing all that work. I even asked her if I can go around again and reorder the correct way. And she said NO! She is not doing that. So if I wanted the food I was going to have to pay full price. She was just being LAZY! All she had to do was void the original order and make a new one. I myself worked in fast food before and know how easy it would have been to resolve this issue. She didn’t even let me talk after I said I’m sorry I’m not paying that. She just shut the window and wanted me gone. I couldn’t even get her name but she was working drive thru at 7am Thursday may 15. She rolled her eyes and it felt like I was being an inconvenience to her!? Like what? Girl you are at work. Please do your job, I really hope no one treats you the way you did to me. You wasted my time and I bet this happens on the regular. Please think twice before coming here, they do what they want and NOT what they are supposed to do.

They squashed my microwaved chicken sandwich…. I’ve never caught Burgerking microwave my stuff…. it’s always been flame broiled, but I guess not this time. My sandwich looks as sad as I feel. Only thing that gave you guys 2 stars instead of 1 was the good cashier at the time.
