I came in to purchase to go for the fam, and I got a Smoked Turkey Avocado, a Roast Beef & Cheese, and the highlight of this review the Beef Bacon Smokecheesy. Goodness when I tell y’all it was good, man it was freaking good. I got the giant size sandwich, which is $17.99 by itself. I think the pictures speak for themselves. Sandwich looks sexy, and it tasted great. I forgot to get the name of the lovely lady who took my order today. She was very kind, and gave me lots of hospitality. Gave me recommendations for the future, and promotion specials on different days of the week. I enjoyed coming to this location, I loved my order and will return again.

It’s okay. The building has been so many restaurants over the years. I was really hoping it had been gutted and completely redesigned,maybe they plan to do so later. The new way they dispence and the taste of the minute maid lemonade is awful. The bread tasted days old. The wait staff gave me the impression I was interrupting their conversation for coming in. It will be awhile before I return to this establishment.

Terrible customer service. The gentleman who was training the new young employee was unprofessional and quite rude in his attitude.
I clearly explained what I wanted, but he assumed I was not willing to pay, which I found inappropriate. When a customer requests a specific product or service, the least they deserve is to be listened to and treated with respect, without prejudice or assumptions.
If I ask for something, it is because I am willing to pay for it — I am not asking for anything for free. Customer service should be based on respect and professionalism, which unfortunately was not my experience at this place.

$17 for a medium sandwich that is loaded with pepper that shouldn’t be on the sandwich, and a cold cinnamon roll. The Turkey Bacon Club should not be heavily peppered, pepper isn’t even one of the ingredients for this sandwich. The customer service is atrocious. I had to honk 3 times for the person standing at the window to acknowledge me so I could ask for a receipt. She coudn’t even be bothered to tell me my total. She just held out the machine so I could tap. Disgusting.
I will not be back and everyone I know is going to hear about how awful this location is.

Finally open!! Super yum! Had the original turkey! still delicious! It was so good I came back two days later!! Cinnamon rolls are rocking also!!! They had a delay opening because of fire permit, so whoever said the opened and closed was not true!!
