I had an order mix up and had to drive back to get the right sandwich. I just wanna say whoever checked me out (so upset I didn’t get her name) is a great employee! Not only did she make it right she threw in treats for me and I didn’t notice till I got home. Anyway just want to say you’re a great employee and keep it up. Thank you!!

A lot of younger people working there, workers talking to their friends who came in to visit them. The workers were nice however they served us a rotten apple. I didn’t care to ask to replace it as my daughter stuck her nose up to it. Dirty tables when it was not busy

Obviously they don’t train their kitchen staff on how to prepare the menu items. I ordered a green goddess chicken cobb salad. It was a bowl of wet lettuce with tomato soggy wet chicken and pickled onions. NO BACON NO AVACODO AND NO EGG!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! And the dressing was disgusting. What a waste of money…never again.

Panera is one of those places that you just crave food from! I love a good bagel with veggie cream cheese, but really have an even bigger love affair with their sandwiches and salads! Green Goddess Salad has my heart. I also love anything seasonal that passes through!

I’ve always been a fan of Panera. I like how clean their food is and I don’t feel so bloated even if I feel full. The last time I went I got takeout and when I went to get it out of the bag the lid had popped open and spilt everywhere. I wouldn’t blame staff for that, products can be faulty and regardless accidents happen. I think the bowl should have been in a bigger bag so it was having to be carried vertical but regardless.. when I piled it all back in it was only half full which made my heart sad. It’s not exactly cheap and I don’t exactly get full fast. It still tasted delicious and the majority of the time when I do go I do leave very full so one off day won’t keep me away.

I had the Sip Club at Panera and was really disappointed with the experience. Every time I placed an order ahead, my drinks were never ready when I arrived. Not even a cup set out if it was a fountain drink. I always had to stand around for 5–10 minutes before anyone asked my name, and only then would they start making the drink or finally hand me a cup.

I originally signed up for the Sip Club to use while working (spark driving, DoorDashing, etc.) so I could quickly grab a drink on the go. Instead, the constant waiting actually affected my job since I’d be stuck way past the time the app said my order was “ready.” Unfortunately, this wasn’t just once or twice—it happened every single visit.

The Sip Club could be such a convenient option, but the lack of consistency and preparation made it frustrating and not worth it.

So I just watched the cashier cough on the pastries and had the broom end on one of the pastry plates.
We got soup and prayed she wasn’t the one that put them in there. She just germed the hell out of the pastries. I’m glad we didn’t get any cuz we thought about it.

Chloe went above and beyond during our visit to Panera! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel truly welcome. We had multiple transactions, and she handled each one with professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude. Her amazing service made our experience extra special. Employees like Chloe make a big difference — thank you for the exceptional hospitality! Highly recommend this location thanks to her.

Great Panera food and friendly staff. Lot’s of patrons led to a loud environment, tight parking.

Convenient, quick and reliable as you’d trust St. Louis Bread Co to be!

The place was unusually busy and crowded when we arrived. The outlet doesn’t support the order from table option. The kiosks were unresponsive and so the entire mask less queue stood close to each other for a bit.

The food is as good as it should be.
