The food handling here is disgusting. I only come here to buy a gallon of sweet tea, and every time I wait, I am grossed out by the way the staff prepares the fried chicken. I have only seen one person use gloves when dipping the chicken in the batter.

Did the drive thru. One of the all white meat tenders definitely wasn’t. 1/31 been a couple months tried it again. Our food was great, especially my chicken livers.( Most places way over cook them. These were perfect.) Thank you chicken express.

I had went in with my family of 5 last Thursday because we love the tenders from chicken express. We were far from home and the location in lake worth was the only one near us, there was so many things wrong with this place. First, when we entered there was this horrible stench as if someone had threw up in there. Disgusting. Second, when we walked up to place our order, we were met with the most rude, unprofessional, and racist worker, worst of all it was a literal manager. We had asked for 4 number ones and everytime we would ask for something, he would just input it and look at us as if we were bothering him. Now i’ve worked multiple jobs so I understand when someone would be having a bad day, but this guy just treated us like parasites. Then while we were waiting on our food, a white family comes in and he all of a sudden he’s the most jolliest man in the world. That just made me completely uncomfortable. I believe his name was something like Donavon but I’m not sure, nor do I care because no one should be getting service like that. Third of all, the chicken was literally raw and the smallest pieces i’ve ever received. This whole establishment was just a mess and I will never come back again. -0/10 (Hire new managers.)

It’s really unfortunate that this is the closest chicken express to me because every single time without fail they give me the wrong type of tenders like literally at this point I just expect them to be wrong. I always ask for spicy and I’ve gotten regular tenders repeatedly if you like spicy tenders, save yourself some time and just drive to River Oaks. At this point it really just seems like they don’t care what they put out the window as long as they get you out of the line.

Got the snack pack got the tiniest piece of chicken. Had to pay a dollar for honey mustard. The customer service sucked. The gravy was like warm, and the rolls were cold and stale.

Food is good but they can’t seem to get my order correct… ever. Every time I ask for spicy, I get regular. I even asked twice before and still noticed it was regular. It shouldn’t be that hard to comprehend and yet here we are. Please focus on what you’re doing. People pay crazy prices these days for a good product so please just pay attention a little better.

Please check your drinks. My son took the lid off his drink and there was a dead fly in his sweet tea. I called the store the girl tells me they will give another drink. Uh not so much. Then she says I can refund you back for the drink like really. No more going to this location

I would think twice before stopping at this location they cut their chicken strips in half and say that’s how they come off a truck but they’re the only Chicken Express location in the state that gets them that way. Strips are barely bigger than nuggets and you would expect in a kids meal
