I usually get my toast subbed out for fries. I ordered a Caniac combo and they didn’t give me toast but they gave me less than half of the fries they usually do on a normal order. No extra container of fries in the bag either. This is ridiculous. I wonder hoe many fries they would give me if I didn’t sub anything. Less than this would be considered a happy meal size.

I feel bad for not telling my experience sooner. Several weeks ago I me Aisha (I don’t know how to spell ). She is so happy to see me every time get my chicken tenders. I will be honest I used to get it from chick something place. But since I met Aisha i changed. I get chicken for me, for my wife and for my kids. So we stop by several times a month. She always makes my day. She is an amazing person. Always so positive. Thank you for having a person as her at the window. Please be nice with her.

Easily our favorite go-to for a quick dinner!! Don’t bother with the drive-thru. It’s exceptionally slow and service isn’t as friendly as going inside to order. There’s plenty of spacious seating with good music to accommodate most tastes. Super clean bathrooms. Best chicken fingers, best dipping sauce – hands down.

Always busy, but service is always fast! The menu is super easy, you just pick how many fingers you want, and what you want to drink. The servers here are always so friendly even in the fast paced environment.

Update: I removed one of my stars due to really poor customer service. I did their online form which took like five minutes only for them to reach out and say they want my number. I gave them my number and then they said they couldn’t contact me and they didn’t even try to call. I called the call center and they couldn’t help at all. I’m so disappointed that this isn’t a five star review as the service was great, friendly and quick. The problem is the service was a little too quick. My lemonade is water or the absolute bottom of the lemonade container with water added to fill the cup. It tasted like water you can see how clear it is in the photo below. I was so disappointed as the Canes Lemonade is ICONIC and you pay extra for it 🙁 The toast was also clearly old toast that was slightly reheated. It tasted old and stale. It was also lukewarm in some places and flat out cold in others. The chicken itself was great though. I am overall disappointed at the poor quality of food/ experience although the customer service itself was good.

Well today, for the sep nd time, an extra cane source and the straws were missing in my order
And I insisted and reminded at pick up window that please do not forget the extra cane source, I wasn’t given a receipt too

Horrible drive thru service at this location. My Grandma and I BOTH were yelling into the speaker just for the woman taking our order to repeatedly ask us, “huh?” She finally gets our order, but does not punch in my Grandma’s Dr Pepper after she had requested it THREE different times. I receive my order and the extra toast and sauce that I had also repeatedly requested were not there, but written on the receipt. Luckily the woman at the counter was quick to correct the issue. Kudos to the workers not working the drive thru.

First visit and I guess my last. Went inside to order. After getting my receipt, I waited 20 minutes and saw people who ordered 10 minutes after me get their orders. When asked why I am still waiting, it turns out they lost my order! Person managing the orders shrugged and walked away. No apology or explanation. Got my simple 3 tender combo a bit later after insisting I get what I paid for, and wow is it overpriced for what you get. They could have given me some extra fries for how I was treated but instead I think they gave me less than normal out of spite. Actually offered me nothing extra for the trouble I had getting my order but a bad attitude.
Atmosphere is pretty bad. Employees yelling at each other and the guests , with loud music blaring in the dining area. Maybe turn it down and you won’t have to yell to hear each other.
