I try to give this location a chance whenever I can. And it comes back to bite me more often than not.
It’s amazing to me that even when ordering the food online you’ll still somehow wait 20 minutes after the pickup time. I could understand if I was putting in a huge or complex order, but my kid likes his food plain. Two buns, a patty and maybe some cheese if he’s feeling adventurous.
We ordered online, get there and still wait while the drive-thru people are served and two people who showed up after us get their food. And then they still don’t even include everything. Three things in the meal and they still forget one of them..
Driving from Rush City to the North Branch Burger King and back would actually probably take less time. And I practically live right next door to this location.
I don’t like giving a bad review here. But I shouldn’t have to drive to a different town to get BK when there’s one in this town.

The Burger King is attached to a gas station. Despite its simple and clean interior, the noise level was low and the parking plentiful. During my visit, the restaurant was empty, which made for a peaceful and enjoyable lunch experience.
The service was incredibly fast – our order was ready in just about 5 minutes. The menu is standard for any Burger King. My whopper was nicely built, which made it easy to enjoy my meal without any mess.
Overall, I highly recommend Burger King for anyone looking for a quick and delicious meal. With great service, a convenient location, it’s no wonder why Burger King remains one of the best fast food chains in the industry.

This was my best burger king experience by far! Food came very quickly and my Impossible Whopper actually had veggies on it, usually they go super light on the veggies and sauce but this time it was packed with veggies and a good amount of sauce. It looks great inside after the renovation and very handy that this location is connected to a gas station!

My husband, dog and I got dinner here. We ordered four sandwiches and a cone. A whooper, 2 chicken sandwich’s one without lettuce and an impossible burger. Both chicken sandwiches came without lettuce which was bothersome as we went over the order about 5 times… the other concern is that when we pulled up and paid they said to pull around. I went to pull around because I thought there was a secondary door they had, but all there was, was the back door next to the garbage. I sat there for a bit and thought they would bring my food out to me next to the trash. Let me pull up to the drive-through speaker again and ask what they meant. They meant the door by the garbage. When I didn’t get to the speaker though luckily they said the food was already done and I asked if I could just pull up to the window then instead of the back door next to the trash and they said that was fine. The food itself was great except for the one chicken sandwich lacking lettuce. I’m not gonna lie though for service they really should’ve specified where to pull up to and also I don’t really like the idea of pulling up to wait for my food next to a disgusting dumpster.

Wish we could give our experience visiting the Burger King in Rush City, MN today zero stars. Ordered our food and we were told to drive around to wait at the back of the building by the dumpsters. After 30 minutes I walked around the building to ask where our order was. The location was completely empty and the employee at the register was dancing. Another employee stated that she forgot that we were waiting outside. I asked for a refund and the employee tried to get me to wait more time for our food. Customer service was terrible and we will never stop there again.

Said they we’re closed early for no apparent reason. Everyone standing in there on their phones. Drove 20+ minutes in a blizzard for a meal because website said they were open and got refused by a lazy teenager 12/28/25

On a road trip 45-55 minutes since I ordered my food….Still no sign of my hunger ending. Brought the wrong order to your table, didn’t tell us. Half order was right. the other half was wrong. Then Tom took my sandwhich and refused to let me eat it and said it has to go in the trash.
I just want something to eat, and the gas station attached is the better option here….

Made to wait 5 minutes while the employees took 5 orders from the drive thru. Zero acknowledging the fact I was standing at the register. Treated like a robot. Lobby was clean though.

Food comes out hot and fresh but condiments are extra and they don’t put them in to begin with. Ordered 8 piece chicken fries and asked for an extra ranch, was told it would be extra, ended up not even having one in the bag to begin with.
