I was excited to see that an Andy’s open Less than 2 miles from me . The first two times I went I bought a med custom concrete, which was amazing and cost me $10.89 each . Anyhow , the last two times have been a disappointment ! I order the same custom concrete only to get home to a little to no topping and wasn’t blended . Last night I sent my fiancé back to Andy’s , this time I decided to go with a Sundae because it Included the same topping as my custom concrete . I made this decision Due to not receiving the blended (concrete ) I figured if I had to mix it myself, I could save some money.
Unfortunately, both Sundae were terrible ! It literally had two big chunks of brownies which left little to no room for ice cream . I was definitely looking for more ICE CREAM being that’s how it’s displayed on the website. I have visited this location four times within two weeks . I really hope things change !
I’m not eager to go back anytime soon.

I’m never one to complain, but my trip to Andy’s on highway k was not a good one. We ordered 2 medium waffles cones and asked if we could get the cones in a cup. Instead the workers put the ice cream in the tiniest possible cup, but didn’t give us a cone, also the workers did not give us a receipt as well. We noticed the mistake so we went back up to the front to inform of the mistake. The workers then proceeded to charge us for the cones, not owning up to their mistake. I find it very disappointing for workers to do that and I plan to not come back to this location for a while since the employees are not well trained and sufficient to handle their job apparently.

Andy’s has the best ice cream/custard. Before this location opened up, we never went to Andy’s… but now this is our favorite place to visit.
Portions are good, service is fast, and their rewards program is a nice bonus!

A nice young man greeted me named Brodie, he greeted me outside the drive through with a smile! But the custard wasn’t fully blended it had a few chunks of brownie at the top of my James Brownie Funky Jackhammer.

My husband and I went to the new Andy’s location today and had a great experience. The person who took our order (Camden) was kind, patient, and helpful to not only us but also to the car in front of us, and they ordered what felt like 20 different ice creams. Our order was great, though, a little pricey. Even my very opinionated toddler had a good time and enjoyed his sundae. We will be back!

I went to Andy’s O’fallon last night (Oct 16). I looked at the menu and drove up to the window to order and the young lady at the window rudely demanded that I backup to get my order taken. And when I backed up there was a kind young man named Tailor who politely took my order. I just think demanding a customer backs up in the drive through window is rude and unnecessary.

I went to there late at night and was greeted by 3 astonishing individuals, Bradyn, Brody, and Taylor. These men made sure I got my custard quickly and made sure I had everything I needed. Definitley coming back soon!!!

I went here the other day with my sister and had the most wonderful experience I’ve had at an Andy’s yet!!! The red headed kid who helped us was especially polite! Keep up the great work! We will definitely be back.

Didn’t realize the time and I arrived 4 minutes prior to closing. I was greeted with a smile, helped with a few questions I had, and never once felt rushed. Everything was made quickly and perfectly. More businesses should follow their lead. I worked in the food industry almost a decade & most of the time when it gets within 10 minutes of closing time -customer service is usually out the window. But not here. Great job breaking the mold. Thank you to your manager or parents ….or both. Haha. Most of all -thank you to the frozen custard Gods.

Kids were excited to go to Andy’s after their play. We got in line at the walk up window and literally stood in the same spot for 30 minutes. An employee kept walking around but not taking anyone’s orders. Not one employee seemed to care about the huge walk up line forming. They only cared about the drive through it seems. Finally we left and went next door to Burger King. Don’t come here until they figure it out.
