The food and atmosphere was amazing while the service was absolutely phenomenal!
Our waitress Alyssa was absolutely friendly, helpful, and fun! She made the experience incredibly memorable! We had our 93 year old aunt with us and Alyssa was very accommodating and patient with her.
The food was satisfying and delicious. The chicken and waffles were totally worth the try! The chicken was moist and tender with a savory and crunchy crust. The waffle was tremendous and cooked to perfection.
The next time we visit Kingston, we will definitely eat here again and we would be absolutely blessed to have Alyssa again!

First time trying Persys and all items ordered were wrong and cold
Breakfast BLT was missing the egg, french toast sampler only came with one flavor when two were ordered over the phone while also being cold and hard.
We were told 20-25 minute pickup, arrived 15 minutes later and it seems like the food has just been sitting.
Definitely not a recommended breakfast spot with all the other options in Kingston

Went here for breakfast this morning after reading everyone’s reviews. I drive past here all the time and I never thought to go in! The
Atmosphere is very homey, and very country, which I love! We were greeted by our waitress Jasmine, whom welcomed us in with a great big smile. Not only was she friendly, but she provided excellent service! She was attentive and checked on us often, but wasn’t over the top, she was fabulous! Now the food it’s basically your average breakfast stop, but the food is good not great but good. There is large menu for breakfast and lunch. Make sure you read the front of the menu because there is a 7% surcharge due to inflation, which is about everywhere you go now.. they do not accept 50 or $100 bills so make sure you have a credit card debit card or any other bills. There is plenty of parking and they do have a nice outdoor patio section as the nice weather comes. They also have a small bakery section as you’re leaving if you would like to purchase anything. Percy’s is right off the highway, great location! Prices are reasonable even with the 7%!We will be back for to check out their lunch menu! overall great family owned business with fabulous service good food great location and plenty of parking!

The best part was our waitress!!! How does a waffle come out super crunchy even killed with butter!!! Small sizes for large prices! Steak looks like something i could by at the dollar tree and almost 100 for 3 basic breakfasts!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Ordered takeout today. Both items were breakfast I ordered a side of hollandaise and it was bland, with zero taste, for $2.49. One of the sandwiches, I asked to be toasted English muffin with butter. Nope, not toasted and no butter. The other, I ordered with cheddar cheese, no cheese. Our family has gone here for ever. This was incredibly disappointing. The only plus was the eggs were cooked as ordered. Will definitely be looking elsewhere in the future.

This place was great! Delicious breakfast food and friendly staff. There was a wait but it wasn’t crazy and it was well worth it. The portions are large and the coffee is just as good as the food – what more could you ask for from a breakfast spot? Will definitely be back again next time I’m in the area.

I went to Percy’s yesterday. My kid(he’s 2) was a screaming mess at first.
I have to say I was beyond please with our waitress Lindsay! She was extremely understandind and could tell i felt terrible for other patrons trying to enjoy their meals. She brought him over a different seat to try. She even went as far as offering to walk him around the restaurant!! It was jus sooo nice of her! I can’t say enough
Oh and the breakfast meals, and cornbread were spectacular as always!!

Such a disappointment, we went to a different location last year and had amazing food especially the corn bread. They have a new corn bread that was hard and burnt, instead of sliced Turkey it was thick cut very rubbery. The toast was burnt, eggs were nasty, pancakes were rubber and couldn’t cut them. The only good thing they didn’t charge us for the meal because how nasty it was and the waitress was nice.

I ordered for delivery and made spesific instructions since i am picky.
Everything came ask i asked!!!! And food was delicious! Like a real breakfast! Just needed a bit of salt in the eggs and potatos. But very good food!!!!
Everything was warm and rightly packed.
