Love the food and have been coming here my entire life, however, the newer ownership and management doesn’t seem to care about providing quality service or about their customers experience. That is at least what I took from this last experience with them on 02/24/26. For this visit I wasn’t given the extra fry sauce I paid for, as well as the fry sauce that is supposed to come with the chicken strip basket and the one that comes with the ranch hand basket for your fries. I had even asked the gentleman who brought out my food if they had put in the extra sauce I paid for, in which i was ensured by him that it was. That, however, was not the case. When I got home I was shocked to see I only received one of the small fry sauce containers for the kids cheeseburger basket. I live down the road so I decided to go back and attempt to get my fry sauce. The girl at the window, not only didn’t offer an apology for the inconvenience, but also insinuated I was lying and kept reiterating that she was the one who packed my food and thst there was no way I didn’t receive my sauce. Not a great look for them and I hope management and ownership can figure out a better way to teach customer service and improve the customer experience.

I used to love this place but ever since the change to van lith patties, they’ve been bland and dry. I thought that it might’ve been just an off day the first time but it’s been consistent three times in a row. So good!! I decided to special customized burger because their onion rings are to die for and took out the middle bun and added a onion ring and Jalapeño peppers! Literally mouth watering!!! The crunch made it even better! Ranch Hand and an extra tub! 5 Stars!

I waited 30 minutes in the lobby, while the drive-thru line moved quickly. My overfilled soda was spilling, and a worker cleaned the lid with a counter rag. Communication was poor, and the staff seemed more interested in chatting than working. After waiting half an hour for three items, part of my order was missing, causing an additional 10-minute delay.

This is a must-stop Ontario classic. Every time I’m in town I’ve gotta have a Ranch Hand with Fries and a caramel malt. Recently changed owners and the food is the same recipe, just as great as ever! Pro tip, order a second fry sauce, you’re going to want it!

Its one of a kind for sure but the pink sauce is so watery aaand you have to pay for extra l, 1st one free ( though the container for the first one is enough for 3 fries) the patties are frozen if I’m not mistaken. The photo is of a kids grilled cheese. Looks so sad . It isn’t even worthy to be eaten by my kid or any kid really. Are yall really gonna stand behind this quality ??

It was really good I like the middle bun, the slice of ham on the burger and the fries, they looked like McDonald’s but with a firmer texture. But the best part to me was that there’s an indentation in the floor through two layers of linoleum and into the concrete from so many people standing at the corner too order. Milkshake was good too.
