They are absolutely lazy in there! They either over cooked the food or didn’t change the oil because when we came up to get it redone with fresher food, they gave us more over cooked chicken. When we asked for a refund they said we had to get it through DoorDash. I spoke to their district and corporate offices they said this is untrue. They are lazy and rude! They know they wouldn’t even eat that chicken themselves I’m not sure why they thought we would!

Some of the laziest people I have ever dealt with, not mention BEYOND RUDE. The Matty Bowl with Fries, Brown Gravy, Cheese Curds and Chicken Nuggets was , and I like Poutine. I would give ZERO stars but it’s not an option.

Sooooo……this place is never at the top of my list when I think about getting something to eat, but I wanted to try the new tenders since the commercial makes them look so scrumptious; plus their biscuits are good too. Mannnnnnn……..I get home and my biscuit is the size of the sauce packet (photo added for reference), one of my tenders was burnt and the fries were mediocre!!! A complete waste of $12!!!!! Customer service was the only redeeming area of my night at KFC.

Nice staff and got the Double Down. I was the only one in line and had to wait around the other side for food. Fries were ok but a bit stale. Mountain Dew was good. The sandwich was a bit rough. It was under seasoned and couldn’t stay together. I miss the older version because this new one doesn’t seem as strong.

The KFC here in Rocky Mount is fast, food hot, and, French fries off the hook! 5 !!! When you stop at the window, that’s when service begins. Pleasantries extended, the meal hot , sooooo good! It’s disappointing when customer service falls short, and that was certainly the case during my recent visit to the drive-thru. The employee handling orders seemed visibly frustrated and was unreasonably rude throughout the interaction. Rather than assisting with a simple request for sauce, she responded with an unfriendly glare, making the experience unnecessarily unpleasant.
If you’re looking for a positive and welcoming customer service experience, this location may not be the best choice especially when certain staff members are on duty. I truly hope management takes steps to improve the service and overall atmosphere for future customers.

I worked at KFC in the pass and I haven’t eaten here and a 1 or 2 so today I decided to try the nuggets because they had different options so I came in to order in no one was up front so I waited for about 6 minutes to be served and the shift manager at the window stared at me the whole time so I asked a crew member is anyone serving the front counter he just went to the back and got another crew to come take the order and she got angry at the guy because I said I waited for 6 minutes and told him to let her know when people walked in after that she came to take my order and was so rude and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience I asked her if she had an attitude then she just left the counter without replying and then a shift manager came up at that point I just told the lady no thank you I was really disgusted on how I was treated as a customer and will not return back to kfc I will just try the Bojangles around the way!
