Excellent tacos and high quality and polite service with a BIG smile.
We ordered variety of tacos on Taco Tuesday (Buy one, get one free) which was quite a deal.
So I had four different tacos for the price of two. The only one I did not like was Al Pastor (pork taco) as it was extremely dry and unflavorful. I noted this to the waiter.
We finished with their Churos for desert. Not bad.

These tacos were fire. Authentic, well seasoned meats and delicious. Definitely recommend going in Tuesday’s since it’s buy one get one free. Use the Inkind app as well for promos

Tacombi, is a wonderful traditional, Mexican restaurant. Their fish tacos and delicious Barbacoa is second to none. I also love that their guacamole is basically made from pure avocado and fresh ingredients. I was fortunate enough to have a beautiful Barbacoa taco made by chef Emmanuel Chavez of Michelin star fame!!!!

We ordered the volcan especial with rice and beans side. Tried kids menu and other menu tacos as well. The volcan taco was a total disappointment and didn’t look or taste as nice as described. It was dry, overly crunchy and even rest of the other tacos were extremely dry and over toasted shells. Very greasy and made me regret having come there. Made us appreciate our local taco truck. Even the kids menu was limited and nothing to shout about. They don’t even serve complimentary chips and salsa like other restaurants do. Didn’t even provide toppings. Only thing that tasted nice were the rice & beans.

I had lunch at Tacombi and it was good experience.
I ordered the frozen Piña Colada and really enjoyed it. It was my first time have a cocktail with ten to one rum. Very delicious, refreshing, and smooth.
Food wise, I ordered the sweet potato & black bean tacos. Lots of flavor and a just a touch of heat. I enjoyed the food, but wouldn’t go out of my way to come back.
The atmosphere was different from what I’ve seen before. It was an industrial yet tropical Mexican vibe.

Super chill hidden spot next to Chase Bank on Bethesda Ave. The space is clean and bright. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. If you like tacos and burritos you definitely should check out this place. They also have a great selection for different kinds of drinks. ( I super recommend checking out the drink menu- fruit drink)
If you are in the city of Bethesda you definitely should check out this place.

This was our first time visiting the restaurant. The atmosphere was lively with good music and decor that gave off a fun, Mexican vibe. Unfortunately, the food was below average—probably the worst tacos I’ve ever had. The ribeye taco looked unappetizing when it arrived. While the server was friendly at first, overall the dining experience was disappointing. With so many better Mexican restaurants in the area, I wouldn’t recommend this place
