One of those Chipotles that undersizes and butchers mobile orders because they won’t have to face the customer. “Extra” actually means “less” and they’ll fill your bowl with 2 oz of bean juice just to be sure it leaks through the bag into your car.

Embarrassing Portion of Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette. I’m honestly shocked at what I received today. I ordered two Chipotle Honey Vinaigrettes, and this is what I got both cups barely filled, like someone just drizzled a splash in and called it a day. For a place that prides itself on “real ingredients” and “fresh flavor,” this is disappointing and unacceptable.
The vinaigrette is one of the main reasons I even order from Chipotle, and getting this tiny amount is insulting it wouldn’t even cover half my bowl. I shouldn’t have to beg or pay extra just to get a reasonable portion.

I’ve avoided this location for months after some poor experiences but gave it one last chance tonight (12/20). I was shocked at how great it was! The workers were all kind, welcoming, and efficient. I haven’t seen a Chipotle location as clean in years. I’ll definitely be back in the future!

Truly one of the worst chipotle’s I’ve ever been to. They closed five minutes early and I drove 15 minutes to get food before 10 PM. Another time I went in there and one of the guys didn’t drain the beans and it wrecked both bowls. This place needs a serious revamp— awful culture — Starting with the manager who yelled at me saying she had to get back to her kid who was an hour away. I don’t really care like don’t close your register down at 9:54 PM. I’m never going back there.

The food was horrible! The guacamole was dark green. The food didn’t remotely even taste like Chipotle. I was so disappointed in this location. The whole store should be retrained on Chipotle standards and quality. I won’t go back to this location.

Past 3 times ordering a bowl both the rice and meat were cold. Past two times the rice and chips have been undercooked. This has been over a 3 month time span.
The staff is rude and make it seem like youre an inconvenience for ordering your food.
Instead refunding this food, they wanted to give a coupon for me to buy a another bowl….. No thanks, I don’t want to get another undercooked bowl of rice. I’ll just never eat here again.

You know I could’ve cut an unripe avocado into huge chunks myself and called it guacamole but I’d like to thank this location for allowing me the opportunity to pay for them to do it for me. (This has happened the last 3 times I’ve ordered).

Horrific customer service. I’ve been to tons of chipotles across the US and this was definitely the worst hands down. Very rude manager and tried to charge me $18 for 2 single tacos because they put one in a bowl. Then when I said there’s no guac on them she didn’t believe me and had to look herself… The napkins and forks were completely gone, All of the garbage cans were overflowing. People were stacking trash next to the cans. Very poor experience.

Got the worst food poisioning of my life here last night. They are clearly mishandling food and it’s not safe. Both my significant other and I were bound to the bathroom for an entire night and this was the only thing we ate together so absolutely was the culprit. Caution advised.

Only go to this Chipotle if you want undercooked rock hard rice and undercooked chips. This is the worst store I’ve ever been to. Absolutely disgusting to bite into and realize that I just waste my time and money on this garbage. Never coming back here.
