I walked in & it wasn’t too busy but I was told one moment while she cleaned the table the food was made on after another customer and I was 100% okay with that because it shows they care about cleanliness but TINA made my experience at QDOBA amazing. Her portioning was perfect, and she really knew how to mix everything so the flavors were on point. On top of that, her jokes and positive energy made the whole visit so enjoyable. You can tell she truly cares about what she does and about the customers. Great food, great service, and an overall great experience thanks to her! I used to go the one next to the promenade but this one is my favorite and I’ll be back soon!

The food was honestly delicious. Tasted fresh and well seasoned. I tried the shrimp and got a fresh batch (not sure how often they make it but seems like small batches which is good) I appreciate the care they took in amounts of each ingredient. Great staff currently. Hot spot for sure. Won’t regret it.

Had a great experience as usual, but Tina and Destiny went above and beyond today by comping my meal due to waiting on chicken to be ready and being out of queso. They definitely did not have to do that but it was very appreciated!

This was 35.00 and change. Apparently qudoba can’t give more then this. Definitely not a good experience. Hard pass for this place. Not for the price/amount ratio
Edit: when we got home we were so sad and what we got we ordered out taco bell. The chips we got at qdoba were stale and unsalted. Just really disappointing experience. Especially for the price. Then having to pay to go somewhere else. Wish I read the reviews first. Apparently it’s a pattern(last week post from a separate patron)

Special shout out to Tina and Destiny at this location for taking care of us this morning, they had ran out of chicken and we needed to wait for a new batch to be made (which was fine) they were both very apologetic and gave us our meals for free. We were both very grateful for.

I went into this store Iocation, before and its been fine. until the last 2 times I went in. There is a lady working the line who is probably the rudest person I’ve ever met. she was making rude comments and rolling her eyes at me BOTH TIMES, and didn’t make my order right or give enough portions she was so mean that I have decided to not go to this location agian.

Probably the best franchise location I’ve ever visited. The two employees Brian and Micah were great and they worked really well as a team. They made suggestions and offered a sample. My dish is amazing and its exactly what I wanted. I had to take a picture of the side that the tornado didn’t hit yet and write this review. Thanks guys.
