Had a early taste test of the strawberry hibiscus menu. All of the drinks were amazing. At the jalapeños chicken club it was an 10/10. Not as spicy as I thought. Finished with the strawberry hibiscus milkshake!

We dined at Alliance Chick Fila last evening. The place was spotless, the windows dining clean, the restrooms were perfect.
We were greeted immediately as we entered the door. The counter person was friendly, accommodating, and very efficient. The food arrived to our table quickly along with a friendly “it was my pleasure”.
It was a wonderful experience in every possible way.

The new Chick Fil A in Alliance is great! The team works hard and is friendly and helpful. The food is top-notch! The restaurant is clean and so welcoming, even the decorations for Christmas look great!! I look forward to many more meals and events at CFA in Alliance! I highly recommend visiting for a great meal along with great service!

I am very impressed with this Chickfila location! From the service, to the quality, and the atmosphere, I am very pleased! The staff was happy to welcome our group with a smile and was quick to help us order. They answered questions for me and were quick to anticipate needs for my group such as refilling drinks and taking our trays! It looks like they have a lot of events too, for all ages and we really enjoyed the games and coloring station. The food was amazing (as always) and everything was very clean and organized. Very grateful for the location of this store too! Can’t wait to come back!

I absolutely love the Alliance Chick-fil-A! The staff is always so friendly, and my food is consistently fresh and delicious. You can really tell they care about quality and customer service.
However, I do have one ongoing frustration. I order a plain buttered bun, and almost every time I visit, there seems to be confusion about how to properly add it to my order. Today, we had to go through four different employees before someone knew how to enter it correctly. This has happened at least three other times as well.
I truly feel bad for the customers waiting behind me because it holds up the line, and I know it’s something that can be accommodated. If it’s an available option, I just think all staff members should be trained on how to add it properly to keep things running smoothly.
Overall, I still love this location and will continue coming back — I just hope this small issue can be addressed!

LOVE the people and the food. Great community friendly atmosphere. We love the bacon egg and cheese breakfast biscuit. Every time I come by myself with my baby and every time I leave someone opens the door for us so I can easily get through with the stroller! Would choose this as my favorite location any time. Id even drive further for it!

So chicken is chicken and the breading for chicken strips here are delicious. But the Chick-fil-A sauce is Amazeballs!! I feel like I could almost drink a gallon of that stuff! I don’t recommend doing that however as im pretty sure if you didn’t have weight issues before, then that would be a fast track to ankles lol. Waffle fries are actually pretty good and they had the perfect amount of salt that any good self respecting potato deserves. I couldn’t tell you about the atmosphere because I ate in my car. Some people worry me All in all it was delicious, and the staff was extremely friendly! As always, give it a try and enjoy!!!

I normally enjoy eating at this location and never had an issue until yesterday. We were served chicken sandwiches that were undercooked and woke up the next day with mild food poisoning. I reached out and they only refunded half of the meal, even though more items were affected. It’s frustrating and disappointing, especially when it concerns food safety. I expected better accountability from this location.
