We were greeted immediately as we entered the door. The counter person was friendly, accommodating, and very efficient. The food arrived to our table quickly along with a friendly “it was my pleasure”.
It was a wonderful experience in every possible way.

I absolutely love the Alliance Chick-fil-A! The staff is always so friendly, and my food is consistently fresh and delicious. You can really tell they care about quality and customer service.
However, I do have one ongoing frustration. I order a plain buttered bun, and almost every time I visit, there seems to be confusion about how to properly add it to my order. Today, we had to go through four different employees before someone knew how to enter it correctly. This has happened at least three other times as well.
I truly feel bad for the customers waiting behind me because it holds up the line, and I know it’s something that can be accommodated. If it’s an available option, I just think all staff members should be trained on how to add it properly to keep things running smoothly.
Overall, I still love this location and will continue coming back — I just hope this small issue can be addressed!
