This is an interesting restaurant. We sat outdoors. Our service was great. I tried the finger steaks. They were cooked well and tasted good. I wish there was other dipping sauces available as I didn’t like the one it comes with. Hubby had a salad which cost $20 a bit overpriced. Overall, it was a good experience

The Ram never disappoints! The food was absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we were craving. Service was impressively fast without feeling rushed, which made the whole experience even better. Our server, Hillary, was amazing friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure everything was perfect and really elevated our visit. Great food, speedy service, and excellent staff. We’ll definitely be back!

Our server Kate was the best!
She was super on it. She got our drinks out crazy fast and was always right there when we needed her without being annoying. Zero waiting around, which was awesome!
Plus, she was totally polite and just really nice. She had a great attitude, smiled a bunch, and just made the whole meal feel easy and fun.
If you get Kate, you’re in good hands. Thanks for the great service

While traveling for work, I stumbled upon this place just a block over from our hotel. What a great atmosphere. I chose to sit outside on the outdoor patio and enjoy the fresh air. I ordered the turkey melt, which was absolutely amazing! A hot grilled sandwich on sourdough bread. It was so big that I actually had to take a big portion of it with me. Their brewed beer was great and the server was amazing. I’d come back here again for sure!

I recently had a wonderful dining experience at The Ram Restaurant in Boise and wanted to give a huge shout-out to the incredible staff, especially our servers, Hillary and Kate!
From the moment we sat down, the service was friendly and incredibly attentive. Hillary and Kate were truly amazing. They demonstrated a great knowledge of the menu items and provided us with helpful, spot-on recommendations that made our choices easy and enjoyable. They made us feel genuinely welcome and valued throughout our entire visit.
On the beverage side, their craft beer selection is outstanding. My absolute favorite is their Big Red IPA—it’s a must-try for any IPA lover!
The Ram is a Boise staple, and with great service like this combined with excellent food and beer, it’s easy to see why. Highly recommended!

A group of friends and myself have made The Ram in Boise the place to go before going to Shakespeareor or a performance at the Morrison Center.
Their menu selection is amazing. One of our favorite “go to” are the shrimp tacos . Never fails to please the palate
But I have to say that what keeps us coming back is Hillary…the best waitress ever!!! Her personality is infectious. She knows her stuff when it comes to making you feel welcome and answering any questions you might have of the menu.
Our experience wouldn’t be the same if we didn’t have Hillary taking our orders. She’s definitely “one of a kind” in my book

The Stonehouse is a great place for a gathering! From start to finish, working with the Banquet Coordinator made planning our 40th high school reunion a breeze. It was a perfect location for everyone to gather. We’ve had many folks comment on how fabulous the venue was, and we had many requests to use The Stonehouse for our next reunion.
The food was delicious and, with the Banquet Manager’s advice, we managed to order the right amount of food for the right price for our crowd. The bartenders were awesome! Even though there were only two gals behind the bar, they kept up with the crowd very well and with smiles all night long. And even though it was chilly outside, we did have quite a few people who took advantage of the cool air and tables in the back.
I highly recommend the Stonehouse for your next gathering!

Been coming for years- this is my “Cheers” place and have established a comfort in knowing Hillary is there to greet us and my family by name.And provide excellent service with small friendly banter. That gal can work magic on busy days- seeing how she provides and interact with kids and her customers. She knows the menu and suggest specials. Great asset she is…and of course if we don’t have Hillary when we come in we have Kate as a backup to provide the service we have come to enjoy.Food is good and great recommendations provided on new items.

It was the first time going to the downtown Ram, expecting it to be as good as the one on Eagle. Well, I was wrong. It’s amazing how the same restraunt can vary so much. The $25 dollar salmon plate was worth bout 5 bucks, and the burger for $17 was like a $5 burger from in and out. The fish was way overcooked, and the teriyaki was not good.
