I ordered the Italian sandwich cmb and they barely put any meats. The sandwich itself looked crappy. It was too much bread and not enough ingredients. Hardly any weggies. Not worth the almost $15 meal.

We ordered 2 Bourbon Brisket meals. After we got home we noticed that the sandwiches were very small. Well that was because they forgot to ADD the brisket!!! All that was on there was bacon and onion rings!! This was not worth $9!!

Ordered a french dip from here and the employees don’t put the lids on and when it spills all over your car, the general manager peter mcclure will not do anything except refund your money and tell you that it happens. He said thats why they put the au jus in a separate paper bag but as seen in the picture, that paper bag did not stop the river of beef juice. $10 is not going to get these oily stains out of my seats and he did not make it right, save yourself the trouble and stay away!

Went there today for lunch today and planned on getting food for 3 people, unfortunately that didn’t go exactly as planned… I will say that the food was hot and fresh, but the order wasn’t right. My order is on the right (in the picture) and what I received was on the left. Now some will probably say “You received more than you paid for, I don’t see the problem..” But I only received the food items, not the drinks or shakes, that’s why I thought the order was right when I left.
Then there’s the argument of “Why didn’t you check it before you left?”. I have a limited break so I was trying to get back as fast as possible for everyone and myself, didn’t realize the error until I got back to work and everyone came for their stuff. Unfortunately no one here likes the Arby’s Reuben, so if anyone wants a free one let me know!

Hopefully this isn’t a common occurrence there, dining in would probably be your best bet if you want everything correct. Food is good otherwise, didn’t get a full lunch but hey that’s life!

When we ordered we were told to move to the front of the building due to waiting for chicken tenders to get ready but when they brought the food they shoved the food to my husband and left. Once we had the food we checked the food to make sure it was all there and missed all the sandwiches except 1. So my husband went back in and told them and started arguing with him about them being there when they were not. Like come on my husband even took the bags in there and showed them what was all in it. Not one thing was taken out of the bags. If that’s how they do business what’s the point of being in that job if all u plan to do is argue with a customer. About what’s missing in the bag.yes our order was big but at least take the time to look before taking the food to people. I used to work for restaurants as a host and server and if I was ur boss id be writing you up for this. And also apologizing for the whole thing, but hey that’s just my opinion.

I would give this place a zero star in 2 days I had one order screwed up and just yesterday I tried to eat my sandwiches and they were so dry and nasty I couldn’t eat them. I tried to call and the phone just rang and rang and I love 30 minutes away. My advise if you want Arby’s travel a little farther because they won’t do anything about my order and are just nasty when you tell them their food was crap. Far from recommendation from me will never go here again!!!!!!
