I ordered the New York Style Pizza that is advertised to have a foldable crust that is hand-stretched. The pizza I received was thinner than this cardboard box it came in, overcooked, crispy like a cracker, and not sliced. This is the absolute worst pizza I’ve ever had from Domino’s and I’ve had many over the years. It’s been a while since I’ve had one of their pizzas. For years I would order the Brooklyn Style Crust that is my favorite but it was not offered on the app as an option so I assumed it was replaced by the New York style crust. What a disappointment. The quality has gone way down. The store I purchased the pizza from has a 3 star rating so I now wonder if that has any relevance to the problem, or if Dominos overall has gone way down in quality. The pizza was so bad I was not willing to eat it so it just went in the trash. I will never return to this store if I ever order a pizza again from Dominos.

I went to this Dominos instead of my usual one because they usually put a lot more cheese on it than I’d like. For my order I must’ve accidentally clicked the “add beef” option on accident, so when I got my pizza I apologized and asked for a remake. The two people working there were understanding and they remade my pizza without any extra charge, and it was super fast! Definitely will be coming here again

The guy working used the pizza peel to pickup a pan off the floor he dropped and then immediately used the same peel to take our pizza out of the oven. Had zero personality and hardly said 3 words to us the entire time we were there.

My aunt ordered door dash yesterday and ordered buffalo wings and a pizza. Spent $29 and got no ranch. The wings were undercooked and almost sauceless .. the pizza was burnt and dry and cut wrong.. wow I guess door dash orders don’t matter ..

Be aware that ordering close to closing time may result in poor customer service at this location. A female employee openly complained and said that “last minute orders are the most disgusting.” That attitude made the experience unpleasant and unprofessional. The most disgusting part about our order was that bad attitude.

I wish I could give zero stars. This was the worst pizza experience we have ever had. The Dominos tracker said they were quality checking the pizza for 15 minutes? What a joke! The crust on the thin pizza was burned as were the banana peppers. The Brooklyn style looked as if they stretched a small pizza to make it bigger? And failed miserably. It was over cooked, as well. This leads me to believe we did not get the correct Brooklyn style pizza. The pizzas were NOT WARM AT ALL upon arrival. I guess I should have preheated my oven when I placed the order in preparation? Such a disappointing experience for everyone. A grocery store pizza from the frozen section would have been a better choice in retrospect. These pizzas literally left a bad taste in our mouths. Do not waste your money here. This establishment obviously doesn’t care about the quality of food they serve.
Follow up: I emailed customer care as instructed to after my review, but still have not received a response. What kind of service is that? This further shows that there is no interest in making this experience right. Merely an act to save face. As I previously stated, don’t waste your time or money here.

This place’s “Domino’s tracker” is never correct during busy times.
When picking up it often shows as “Ready” on the app and on in-store monitors even though it’s “still in the oven and will be a few more minutes before it comes out.”
Food is what you’d expect from a Dominos

I don’t order from Domino’s very often, but this location was great. They were slammed with orders and the entire staff were doing everything they could to make each order great. Can’t ask for much more.
