Went through the drive through and the lady was standing with her hand in the window opened slightly I was waiting for a few minutes and when she did open it she was still talking to her coworker about relationships and red flags then my drink was wrong even though it’s right on the cup then she just left the window. I just drove away. One rule when in customer service is never be talking about personal things around a customer and talk to your customer not your coworker she never spoke a word to me. I was really disappointed.

As I was paying at the drive through, I dropped my card wallet right into a puddle of water, and all of the contents popped out.
The young man at the window immediately handed me a bunch of napkins so that I could dry my stuff.

Ordered a venti strawberry acai lemonade from here and requested no strawberry inclusions. They gave it to me with the strawberries in it so I told them I got it without, and instead of remaking it they clearly just scooped them out, leaving all the seeds and still pieces of strawberries in the drink. Very frustrating as that is the entire reason I ask for it without the inclusions and the drinks are not cheap.

The lady at the window seemed upset when I asked for 10 splenda packets, she seemed upset when I added a cheese & fruit box, she stared at me when I asked for a receipt & shut the window when I said have a good day..

Just ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and was handed someone’s old order I guess. It was watered down and had no foam. I ordered the bacon gouda and that’s always good. I love starbucks so this was a huge disappointment to the start of my day
EDIT: we tried ordering from there again and ordered a venti brown sugar shaken espresso coffee. The coffee was LESS than half way filled up. The bag and drink were sealed so someone just sent this out without caring.
Just spoke to the manager and they were more than happy to help.
