We stopped here while charging our Tesla and tried Panera for the first time. I was genuinely impressed the bathrooms were spotless and the food was delicious. The only thing that could improve is the service speed, as our sandwiches took quite a while even though it wasn’t busy.

I brought my 2 son’s here on our way back home. We ordered 3 half and half meals for $40. I ordered Tuna sandwich with Ceasar salad for $14. The Tuna sandwich was $6.49 for quarter of the sandwich. Check out the size of my Tuna sandwich for $6.49. Its the size of a to go sauce cup i will never go to Panera Bread again. Straight robbery!!!

I tried the chicken sandwich recommended by my sister, and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was incredibly tender and soft—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. It’s easily one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had from a fast-food place. Truly loved it.

I was so disappointed in this Panera. My sister and I ordered separately. My “souffle” was handed to me when we ordered. My beverage took a long time to come. AND my sister’s order took even longer (she ordered first). When she asked about the order after my drink came up, she was told “it was working”. Have no idea what that meant – and three other orders came out before hers did. I’ve liked other Panera stores in the past, but this one didn’t impress me in any way.

Shrinkflation has hit Panera Bread! We thought we’d stop for a nice sandwhich and ordered the cranberry walnut chicken salad sandwich. We got the smallest !!! sandwich I’ve ever seen. Even the chip bag was tiny. *sigh* I don’t think we’ll be going to Panera anymore. You can get a much better deal at any local independent bakery.

Bought lunch here while charging our EV. We’ve stopped here on past trips and it has clearly gone downhill since those previous trips. Management has found a new way to keep the bathrooms clean: make them mostly unusable. In the men’s, there was no toilet paper, no seat covers, only an empty soap dispenser at the sink, and the paper towel dispenser was empty, too. This wasn’t just an employee forgetting to do a periodic check. The food was OK but the overall experience made me wonder if their back-of-house food handling is as bad as their front-of-house management.
