If you need a good coffee shop with enough tables to accommodate a work call, playing a card game, or just a unique location that is institutionalizing bean to cup methedology… Parks is it.
Also, the team of Baristas are fantastic and thoughtful.

This was my first time here and I am so impressed!!! I did burn my tongue on my coffee, but I’ll call that “user error” lol.
They roast everything fresh and I think they even do tours here!
I had a drip coffee which has free refills which is amazing! Ohhh and the monkey bread was delicious!
They have the cutest little work area in the back and you can work while watching the roasted so their thing!

I go there weekly to get my coffee and catch up on some emails. Love the coffee and the staff. The environment is chill and you can smell the coffee 2 blocks away since they’re mainly a coffee roasting company. I also like there pastries but I’m not a big sweets person so not the best to ask. Cappuccino or lattes are my go to drink and I’m always happy with the taste.

Wry cool spot because you can watch coffee get roasted, tested, bagged and shipped as you enjoy it yourself. Large windows look out to the whole operation. Great cold brew. Almond croissant was great. Baristas are friendly. But the vibe is the difference maker.

I drove about 40 minutes to check this place out, and honestly, it was a big disappointment. Most coffee roasters let you sample before buying, but here they expect you to blindly purchase bagged coffee with no samples, no guidance. The girl taking my order didn’t seem knowledgeable at all, and the staff in general weren’t friendly. I even asked how can we taste coffee samples and she had no clue but obviously they do tours but she didn’t know it. They also don’t take cash like what???
When my order was ready, they just called my name and left the drinks on a rack. For a first-time visitor, that was confusing and felt impersonal. Why am I picking up my coffee like I’m grabbing a package instead of being served?
I ordered a white chocolate mocha macchiato, and it was hands down the worst coffee I’ve ever had. It was flavorless, bitter, and straight into the trash. Even my 5-year-old threw away his cake pop. That should say a lot.
Between the unfriendly service, confusing setup, lack of knowledge, and bad drinks, I literally want my money back. If this style of service and coffee is your thing, maybe you’ll like it, but it’s absolutely not for me.

I’ve come here many times for a nice place to meet with a friend for a cup of coffee or to bring my laptop and work for a bit. The baristas are always so kind and I love that there’s lots of seating. Today I came in and ordered a PSL somewhat self-consciously (it’s a basic drink but SO GOOD) and the barista drew this ghost drinking a PSL on my coffee sleeve Highly recommend!

Excellent Latte. Very nice sitting arrangements, open and quite spacious including a meeting area with overhead projector. We’ll thought out. Good place for hangout or usual coffee grab and go. Worth stopping by, since we stop by on our trip to Austin.

Love this place! There is not a bad pastry in the house. The Americano is the best. Doesn’t even need any cream since the coffee is so smooth and quality on its own. There is an ample parking lot here and it’s easy to get to off the highway. Lots of seating and a very friendly environment. Make the stop if you’re in the area. You won’t be disappointed.

It’s a cool idea. A bit commercialized for me. If you’re a tourist this is the spot for you ! If you’re more of a coffee quiet connoisseur might not be the spot for you. Lots of traffic and coffee is alright. Tasted a bit off for my taste. Cinnamon roll tasted microwaved. This place just wasn’t for me and you’d know Alex the macchiato guys taste by now.
