This place was absolutely adorable!! The restaurant staff was very friendly and informative. Our waitress knew all the daily specials by heart. We even met the owners, who were extremely friendly and talked all about the history of the place and how they took over and every. The food was delicious!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone

Had a wonderful lunch here today, came back for the burgers and it maintained its quality from my previous visit. Our waitress this evening was wonderful, I wish I remembered her name! I also had the French onion soup which was amazing.

It’s tradition for my husband and I to come here for our anniversary each October. We both look forward to it very much, as we live over two hours away. (That’s how good it is!) In the past, I’ve enjoyed the caramel apple martini. The prime rib is absolutely delicious and we can’t leave without ordering the crème brûlée for dessert! Between the excellent food and the attentive waitstaff, it’s always an enjoyable evening!

Look no further for upscale dining, classic vibes of a bygone era, and fantastic hometown service! This place is a true gem, with a real preservation story. This restaurant is supported by owners who treasure her history and all those who stop in to appreciate it! The meal was FANTASTIC-super crisp beer batter fried fish, GF options in for my steak salad, and UBER fresh ingredients with homemade sauces. We will be back!

My wife and I have lived in the area for over 20 years, and today was our first time trying Tamaqua Station Restaurant—it definitely won’t be our last!

We stopped in for brunch, and I have to say, the Eggs Benedict was the best I’ve ever had. Everything was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. My wife ordered the French toast and absolutely loved it—she said it was to die for!

The venue itself is rich in history and beautifully restored. The atmosphere is warm, charming, and unique—definitely something special. On top of it all, the service was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home.

Highly recommend. We’re already looking forward to going back!

Great place to go for that special occasion, casual lunch or happy hour with friends! Always friendly, top notch service. Drinks are professionally made and so good. Our go to is the prime rib and crab cakes, but everything is delicious! Great history in the building and beautiful surroundings. Asset to the town!

Make a trip and visit the Tamaqua Train Station. The food and atmosphere is perfect and the staff is incredible! From appetizers to dinner and dessert their food is amazing! We went there for New Year’s Eve and the food was incredible. From Lobster to Chicken Marsala to Prime Rib, every dish was hot, fresh and mouthwatering! The menu for New Year’s Eve night was perfect! Something for everyone.
Their regular menu is also filled with delicious made to order meals. From scrumptious appetizers, homemade sandwiches and delicious dinners, no meal will disappoint. Oh and their dessert menu is amazing! The Tamaqua Station puts their heart and soul into everything they create and serve. Well worth the trip and you will return for another meal.
