Where to begin…
My family and I are in town due to weather and drove by the bojangles. Instead of going to one of the top restaurants there like Rockies Pizza or Chilis I forced my family to go to BoJ because I really wanted chicken…. After waiting 23 minutes in line – I start to order and the guy over the speaker says we only have Fries, Bone in chicken, and steak biscuit so I order a few bone in chicken combos with light ice….. the cups were only filled with Ice and a little bit of soda, the fries were so salty they couldn’t be eaten. The customer service was bare minimum!
The RATING displayed in the window is a LIE! lol it’s a bit comical. Paid $50 for 3 basic meals.
Gave it atleast one star because the ranch was good lol.

Submitted Two (2) Online Refund Forms, First was the submitted the very same day as Order, Second was after Days of No Response or a File acknowledgement. Now more days have passed without a response or a refund so im leaving review since no one has internally addressed or situated this matter.
Main Reason For Refund: Food Qualitv Issues: The quality of the food did not meet expectations.

Incorrect Order: The order did not match what was ordered, they were out of chicken breast, and substituted my chicken breast and wing with a undercooked thigh with a wing, not the same thing, not the same quality, and not worth the same price.
Missing Items: ltems or components of the order were missing, the chicken breast, the star as well as missing biscuit and condiments.
Food Qualitv Issues: The quality of the food did not meet expectations the chicken grease tasted old, tasted bad like they haven’t changed it in weeks, more flour then meat, chicken thigh tasted unclean. too much gooey fat, thighs were inedible. Based on quality and what was recieved, basically paid 20 dollars and change for the fixin’s.
Order Not Readv: The order was not prepared and ready for pickup at the scheduled time, when I came in, the manager and some of the crew were just chatting, nothing was being worked on. Only one young man stood out and was attentive, Manager and crew switching to work on simple things, before addressed i was waiting a while at first ignored. The unprofessional setting, the food not being ready, missing the items I paid for, and the quality of food being poorly made, as well as some of the unsanitary tendencies i noticed from people coming in and out the back with same gloves no washing no changing inbetween, makes me wish I didnt waste my eating space with this, nor my precious time. It was not money well worth spent. I wish I found a better location or at least what I ordered in good hands and in good care.

This is for Whoever was working at 1:30pm on 12/20. YALL ARE AMAZING! I picked up an order for my sister and the level of efficiency and teamwork I saw from the staff was tremendous. I have a Bojangles walking distance to my house but I will make this drive just to get my food from here from now on. The staff was so organized and friendly, the restaurant was clean and very neat. The lobby was stocked and I never had to wait long for my food. They are great, pay them a visit!

This location had exceptional service & chicken was good. The entrance and set up of the parking lot/drive thru is kinda weird when google maps is routing you here.
The inside of this location looks outdated & retro, but we came for fried chicken — not fine dining.
My 3 p/c chicken only w/biscuit was good. The chicken was fresh and hot. I had it with texas pete hot sauce.
My party got chicken strips, bo’rounds, mac & cheese, & chicken. They enjoyed their meal. The sink in the men’s bathroom doesn’t work, so that was a bummer.
The dining hall was pretty empty, so it was good dining in.

I visited the restaurant for lunch around 1 p.m. and found both the food and service to be quite satisfactory. However, the establishment itself feels outdated and could greatly benefit from renovations. Despite this, I enjoyed my meal.
Unfortunately, my experience during dinner was disappointing. I returned and used the drive-thru, where an older employee seemed reluctant to respond to my greetings. Upon reaching the order window, I noticed another staff member appeared hesitant to assist the younger team member with my order, which reflected a lack of professionalism.
Additionally, my chicken sandwich was dry and seemed to have been sitting out for some time, and the portion of fries was disappointingly small. Overall, I was quite disheartened by this visit.

I got there at 823am simply to grab an orange juice before I got on my Exoress bus at 838am. No one was at the counter, but I was acknowledged. Stood there for 5 minutes and let them know I just need an orange juice and I need to get to my bus. She finally came up took my order and then had me waiting while she took the order of the people standing behind me. I had to stop the girl at the drive thru to get my orange juice which took 2 seconds. I didnt get back to my until 835am. No restaurant can run efficiently like that and they need to learn time management and prioritization.

The older ladies at the drive thru this afternoon are incredibly rude and lack class, especially the taller one with the blonde highlights. No greeting whatsoever after sitting at the drive thru waiting on a pickup order for 5 minutes, when she finally acknowledged me she said you were waiting there for a pickup all this time you have to go in, we don’t have time for that. Maybe if they actually did their jobs (bc they’re in customer service) and said something right off the bat that wouldn’t have happened. Other places allow pickup orders to be picked up through the drive thru, simple minded people can’t handle it.

Wow!! This is by far my favorite Bojangles. The drive thru is tricky, and the property layout is different than the other Bojangles that I have eaten at on VA, NC, and SC. First if all, the employees here were very nice and polite. The chicken was hot, like fresh from the fryer. The Cole slaw was good, as expected. Here’s why this is the best Bojangles of alllll the ones I ate at. The biscuit has a salt flavor on top and it’s golden in color. Also, the inside is so fluffy!!! And soft. It was delicious!! The mashed potato tasted slightly different than I remembered from other Bojangles. The masked potato with sausage gravy was so good that I couldn’t stop eating it until it is all gone . My girls were too tired from the week long vacation to eat. I will stop by at least 1 more Bojangles before arriving home. They will have some for dinner. Their bathroom and the restaurant are so clean.

Managers nor employees care about the food quality. You call and the manager is unless. It’s sad when you spend over 30$ for a 8 piece combo and the chicken is old. I’m not talking about 45 mins old. Dark brown, the thigh had 0 fat and it shredded OLD. Horrible, Horrible. Honestly the worst tasting fried chicken I have ever had from any bojangles
