What a fantastic treat this place was – from the atmosphere to the menu, it was a 10/10. We will definitely be coming back and checking out more of this delicious menu. Words can’t describe how excited we were to check it out and now we’re smitten with this place. You definitely need to try it out.

This was my first time and Holy Schnitzel! We will be back. I had one bite of the chicken cabbage soup and literally told my husband “I could die and go to heaven now.” All of our meals were incredibly flavorful! 10/10 recommend!!

Been here a couple times now, love it! The place has been absolutely packed with customers each time, and that is well deserved.
The vibe is pretty different from anything else I’m familiar with in the desert, a casual, comfortable German style eatery.
We’ve sampled the goulash, weinerschnitzel, pretzels, cabbage rolls, soups, etc. Really everything has been delicious.
I’m a vegetarian and they have great filling options for me to go along with the excellent meats. The vegetarian and vegan schnitzel are both excellent.
If you want a ton of good comfort food in a casual and comfortable atmosphere, this is a spot for you.

Come and enjoy everything desserts are perfect. Everything is handmade here by a family. It’s two sisters and a mother. You should definitely come and enjoy their holiday spiced wine. You really can taste the love in the food. I come here all the time and I can’t believe I’m just now writing a review. I love their white balsamic coleslaw. All their desserts are amazing and I don’t typically eat dessert. They don’t do a lot of sugar and they almost do gluten-free I believe.

What a great place. The staff were super friendly and fast. The food was all some of the best Tirolian we’ve ever had.
I had the chicken paprikash and it was delicious. I could drink the gravy and the spetzel had just the right chew.

We were in town to pick up some vintage China we bought from some really nice sellers and decided to try a cuisine our daughter has never tried. She loved the food and the atmosphere at this restaurant, which stayed open rather late on a weeknight. The best thing we ate? The sausages dipped in their amazing mustard! My Jagerschnitzel did not disappoint. I swear that mushroom gravy they douse it with will make shoe leather taste amazing! The hubby ordered the stuffed cabbage and wasn’t wowed by it. My pasta-loving daughter ordered the Alps Kasspatzen and loved it. We ordered the baklava to share and wished we didn’t. It was cloyingly sweet and soggy. It was a fun adventure, but one we most likely will not repeat.

Not many places do a proper schnitzel. The pizzas aight. If you like schnitzel go for this. Everything else I sampled while here was unremarkable. The baklava was not fresh and they hid it by offering a la mode.

What an amazing spot. Not fancy but great atmosphere. The service was so awesome…any weird requests we made were greeted with a smile and a “happy to do it”. The cucumber salad was so flavorful and fresh tasting. The beet salad was huge and so yummy, generous amounts of feta and beets and walnuts. We totally changed the sides and sauces with our schnitzel orders with no problem or eye rolling. The schnitzels we got aren’t the platter size ones you sometimes get, but so flavorful and the lemon caper sauce, the mushroom sauce and the cranberry sauce were all great additions to the pork schnitzel we ordered. If you are confused about “ripped” potatoes on the menu… don’t think…just get them! Wanted to add to my review ..the kraut was more like cooked cabbage…not as vinegary as we expected…also the onion rings at the next table looked amazing!

I love local restaurants, and this is one of them! The Alps restaurant serves a lot of traditional German, Swedish, and Swiss dishes. They may not be exactly what we have in Switzerland, but close enough! If it is your first time, you obviously have to try the schnitzel. Three great variations.
Be sure to make reservations, they fill up very quickly during the season.
