Attended a corporate function in the private party room (towards back of restaurant). Hinterland is the type of place where you can be super casual but also enjoy a more elevated dining experience. The main dining room can get very loud on busy nights so I appreciated the more closed off space for a large dinner event. The caveat being we received spotty service – for example, water pitchers were set in the corner and you had to get up to pour your own water. At minimum, it would’ve been better to just leave pitchers on the table directly for faster access.
Food was hit or miss. While we loved the appetizers, half of our table found their main entrees to be MEH. For example, my halibut arrived warm but the curry was room temperature. My colleague said her burger was one of the worst she’s had. My other colleague said his steak was mediocre. People who ordered pizza loved it. An unfortunate mixed bag given the lively environment and nice ambiance.
I’d come back again to give it another try because the menu rotates enough where I’m sure I’ll land on some better food options next time.

The inside is very nice, warm and inviting. Large fireplace and gathering places. Lots of seating and tables. The waitress was super nice. They have really good beer choices, our favorite was the cider. We ordered a flight to sample some of the brews. The food choices looked great too. We ordered Honey buffalo wings, Korean short ribs and cheese curds. Everything was delicious.

It was very busy while we were there, about a 20 minute wait which wasn’t bad considering. We had several rounds of beer, all were good with accurate descriptions. We got two different appetizers – cheese curds which were delicious but kind of greasy & the bean dip which was interesting. The naan was tasty the comes with the dip! For atmosphere, listen, it’s loud, there was cheering, it’s not a joint for quiet conversations – which was perfectly fine for our group of 4!

Fantastic lunch! We had a wonderful server named Krysta…and having a great server makes everything better. Had the Smoked BBQ Pulled Pork and it was excellent. Been here a few times for lunch and it has been great every time. Great food. Great beer. Great atmosphere. Fireplace roaring. Love it. Especially being in the shadows of Lambeau and TitleTown. Definitely recommend.

Started with the deep fried cheese curds… a first for this ‘old’ Celiac, and worth the lifetime wait.
We also ordered the cod and a Hinty burger (gf buns were amazing, btw), one with chips and one with fries so I could try a little of everything. And of course, even though we were way too full, had to get the gf brownie with ice cream!
Everything was top-notch.
I even bought a four-pack of the Saving Gracie brown to take home, because it was my fave of the flight.
I will definitely be making more trips to Green Bay just to eat at Hinterland Brewery.

Great atmosphere and a wide variety of house brewed beer to sample and try. Loved the fireplaces, very cozy for winter in Wisconsin and fun vibe. Food was good and our server was super attentive and nice. I was not there on a game day, but it is right across the street from Lambeau Field so very convenient to pre or post game

Stopped at Hinterland for lunch before taking the Lambeau Field tour. Beers were very creative and there were so many that we had to get a flight. The nitro stout was killer. The food was good too, our waitress was quick and friendly.
The atmosphere was unbelievable. I couldn’t stop looking out the windows at Lambeau Field. Glad I got to experience it on my trip to Green Bay!

Outstanding burger. Great atmosphere.
I should mention, this is not the first time I ran into this situation, if you don’t want cheese on your burger, say, ‘no cheese’. Just because you say hamburger, it is sometimes interpreted as cheeseburger. There doesn’t appear to be a set rule on ordering hamburgers. Anywhere. Just be clear on what you want as toppings. Just sayin. It’s no one’s fault. Actually, it was our fault.
I did remove the cheese. No big deal.
Great burger. Toasty.

Hinterland (in Titletown), right across from Lambeau, is a solid spot. It’s usually busy, especially on game days or the night before, but the atmosphere is great; lively without feeling too chaotic. The place has a clean, modern feel and a good energy overall. The beer selection is excellent, with plenty of great options on tap. It’s a good stop whether you’re there for dinner or just grabbing a drink before heading over to the stadium.

Place was packed before the game but the vibes were good, server was super friendly despite the frenzy of people, and service was fast. Went with the Pils and a pizza. Both were winners. Fun place and an electric atmosphere on game day.
