I just paid $30+for old refried food after I was asked to pulled forward in drive-thru. When I began to order and was told the famous “we outta” run down of products failed to be ordered on the truck I should have said never mind and just pulled off. I was served redipped French fries and tacos….so everything was burnt and full of grease. I ordered lemonade and received water with lemon. I’m disappointed in the current state of food service… So tired of sorry employees playing with people’s hard earned money.

I usually go for the chicken biscuit with a fried egg added on top sooo delicious! The biscuits are always fresh, and the little kick of spice in the sandwich is a real treat for me. If you’re looking for a tasty tip, definitely try getting curly fries instead of the hash browns, and don’t forget to grab an orange juice! You won’t regret it!

Drive thru speaker doesn’t seem to work because work asked me multiple times to repeat what I said because they didn’t hear what I said when I’m a foot away from the speaker. I would want them to invest in a new speaker or repair it and also check the headsets that the employees are working with.

Just nasty. Store was filthy. Trash in the food area, something all over the floor, wet floor sign would of nice. Staff all acted like they hate having customers inside. I prefer NOT to eat in my car. 22 minutes before order was taken. Napkins were no where to be found. Most of the drinks were out of product.

If you want super slow service—and I mean slow—this is the spot for you. I waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru for breakfast. I got so frustrated, I went in for a refund, only to find two people working the whole restaurant. There was leaky water all over the floor in front of the counter area that traveled down the aisle in front of the drink machines and into the sitting area. The manager, Tasha, was so rude. She made me wait an additional twenty minutes to refund me because she had orders she was trying to fill.
I’m sending an email to their corporate office as I type this, along with pictures of how grotesque it was in there. I should got a clue about their cleanliness and service when I drove up and saw the dirty windows. This location needs to be shut down. I’ll NEVER return!!!
UPDATE: The owner sends a response (see below) a few days later sending me to the Jack in the Box website to complete a survey, knowing that I had already did that before posting this google review. The owner made no statement or concession towards fixing the issues that I spoke about. Their response is only to make it publicly appear they were trying to take action and make and appeal to me.

This was my first time eating a Jack in The box. I was on business in Baton Rouge Louisiana and starving after a hard morning’s work. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich dressed with tomato and lettuce. The chicken was cooked very dark but tasted delicious. I recommend Jack in The box and we’ll go back soon!

I went through the drive thru. I waited five minutes to place my order, then I was told to drive around and wait for them to bring my food out to me. I waited another 10 minutes for that. Visit was awful. If I could give zero I would.
