The new Zensation wrap is really big and packed but it was dry. I didn’t even taste the Zensation special flavor. The fries were a little undercooked for me. They also didn’t have much seasoning on them. This was the Hope Mills location.

I placed an order almost an hour ahead of time on my app. Paid, got confirmation number and everything. Get to location and told “couldn’t find my order”. 5 min later guy says oh the order failed.. how so when I paid for order, got confirmation number and money taken from my account?
10 min later Rene comes to wi die “ it’s showing order failed on our end and the &$ was sent back to your acct” . Check my acct in front of her as showing I paid but they did not send $$ back. Then she switches it up to “ oh umm yea well it can take 24-38 hours to come e back to you”
I ask for corporate nimber and she sausage don’t have one.. so I ask how do I know they gonna give my $$back? She gos and gets a printed piece of paper off a computer saying “reversed”
I’ve ordered many times the same way and never had an issue where the “order failed” they didn’t apologize for something on their end, didn’t even offer to pull me up and redo the order so I could at least still get my food..

Whenever, I’m in the area I make it a point to stop at this location. The food has always been fresh and the service has been amazing. From the manager greeting and asking about my visit to the staff always smiling and being friendly. One staff in particular that stood out was a young guy by the name of True. He was very professional and attentive. The one nearest to my location I almost always have to either get a refund or remake due to the food being overcooked or not fresh. I highly recommend this location and I will continue to make the drive there. Great job to the General Manager Ricco and his staff.

Update 04/2025 Ordered 40 worth of food and after a brief wait we received our food which looked fine until we got home? Should you have to thoroughly inspect your order or should you be able to trust that the care and consideration is taken that your entire order is prepared to satisfaction? My blue zalad didn’t have any blue cheese on it and more than half my chicken was without buffalo sauce resulting in a very poor excuse for a zalad. Ordered an extra dressing only to have 1 of 3 practically packaged air? Fries weren’t any better barely having seasoning on any of it. Getting your order correctly delivered seems to be special privilege anymore.

Update: 12/2023 Renee went above and beyond to correct an order I played with multiple issues including communication. Renee showed that with good communication and attention to detail can make or break any fast food experience and she demonstrated that customer service and quality of product is very important to her and I appreciate the effort she made to correct the errors in my order.

Visited this restaurant once again for a salad and since they no longer serve the egg rolls on the side I choose to go for a house salad this time. I uploaded what is advertised and what was supplied to me. No toast, hardly and tomatoes or cheese and no fried onions and if im already pointing things out there is obviously not the same amount of chicken either. I understand they can’t simulate the presentation of each meal to the advertisement but the contents and quantity and quality should be comparable. Considering what these salads cost, I can’t help but expect more effort by the employees. I do hope this issue can be addressed and this meal can be made right as well.

Go for the advertised food, leave with disappointment. Decided to try this new asian salad and as per usual with this particular establishment, I was delivered complete disappointment. The eggrolls were burnt and only after we paid did they inform us they were out of the sweet chili sauce. So a salad advertised with not 1 but 2 sauces only comes with one and that also happens to be the sauce for the “burnt” eggrolls. Edit: Management did make this right and it was appreciated.

We go to restaurants for convenience and the possibility of trying foods you normally don’t make or have even tried so very discouraged once again after this visit as we have been let down on multiple past visits with this particular establishment. We need better service and better preparation of offering from these places.

This Asian flavor is banger on strips they keep making all day. But tried their wings and theybwere not only very overcooked they didn’t give me the right plate. They were very busy.
I look forward to better experience next time. I hope they keep the Asian flavor though.

I went to this location on 12/12/25 and came home to eat it. I ordered the 10 count boneless wings. I ate a few pieces without paying attention. I looked down and my chicken was raw!

Walked in to place my order , seen one of the guys back there eating while preparing people’s food . Each employee that left the kitchen and return never washed their hands . Dining room was messy, to much talking and no being attentive to the CUSTOMERS

When I 1st started going here the food was good. Well, the last few times have been challenging. Service has gone down. Food always cold, portion skimpy, and food presentation sloppy. I kept going back, giving them another chance hoping thing would get better. NOT! This last visit was it for me. It’s a wrap. Food cold and have no idea what was up with my bread. Looks like someone e took their finger and poked a hole in it and to think they couldn’t take time out to correct this before presenting me with my food. Oh, and let’s not get started on the sorry-looking and horrible-tasting funnel cake. It was nothing but a glob of dough full of heavy grease. Not appealing like the picture they advertise. I always go online and place a complaint but it’s never acknowledged. So, this is it. This was the last straw that broke the camel’s back.
