The food was delicious, authentic, and cooked to perfection. We ordered the fish dish and the ceviche, and both were excellent choices. The homemade desserts were absolutely amazing.

I would definitely recommend you try the arroz chaufa with steak! The steak tips were delicious, a hearty dish to calm your hunger. The roasted chicken was tender and juicy, although my wife thought it was a bit on the salty side. My daughter enjoyed the chicken tenders, with a humongous serving of fries! Also, do try the fried yucca with the huancaína sauce, they were great!

I lived in Peru for about 6 months some years ago, and the food here is truly authentic Peruvian cuisine. This is our second time in Lima, and the food is excellent, and the customer service is even better. All servers want to ensure you have a good eating experience. The atmosphere is quiet and clean. Even if you have never eaten at a Peruvian restaurant, you will find the dishes tasty and will not be disappointed. Highly recommended!

We have had the Trio Marino, Arroz Chaufa, Lomo Saltado, Tres Leches de Lucuma, and Cake de Maracuyá. All these dishes are delightful! We look forward to enjoying the rest of their ample menu.

Definitivamente buenazo!
In 38 years living in the US I have found only two places that serve a Pollo a La Brasa as delicious as the one you will find in the pollerias around Lima, and LIMA – the restaurant- is one of those two.
LIMA deserves the five star rating throughout! Great service with very attentive friendly servers.
We can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu!
Keep it up LIMA, you are making us proud !

Amazing, fresh food and good service. Would definitely come back again. I wish the restaurant space were bigger!
Also wanted to note that this is one of the few Peruvian restaurants that actually plays Peruvian music, which is refreshing.
Drinks were also good – had Cusqueña served in a chilled glass and the sangria was nice and sweet.
Will definitely come back again, and definitely recommend.

We were super impressed with both the service and the quality of food at Lima Restaurant! Coming from the Washington, DC area, where we’re very familiar with Peruvian cuisine, we can confidently say this is some of the best we’ve ever had.

Every dish was perfectly prepared, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors that truly stood out. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing dining experience.

We’re so glad to have found this gem in Tampa and will definitely be back. Highly recommend Lima to anyone looking for incredible Peruvian food!

A friend had suggested us to try this place as we like Peruvian food and have been to many Peruvian restaurants in the Tampa area. We were disappointed unfortunately. The place is small but nice and service was quick, probably mostly because there were only two other tables and it was 12:30pm on a Sunday? To the point, the food was just ok. The beef arroz chaufa had only 7 pieces of steak and was too oily. The papas a la Huancaina were ok. My biggest gripe really is the price, $25 for fried rice that is not so good is just overpriced. $14 for a few slices of boiled potatoes and sauce is just too much. I may sound crazy but just go to any other Peruvian restaurant around the area and you will see for yourself what I mean. Based on this I can’t recommend coming here, at this price point you can eat better somewhere else.
